“Everyone is incredibly nice and its a beautiful place, however, there is one major caveat that I imagine wont affect most people but I nonetheless need to mention because it ruined my experience.
The place is wealthy and everyone there is wealthy. I myself am not very wealthy and was staying with a friend. I wanted to park my own car but they would not let me. I had to use their valet service which was technically free but a tip is anticipated. This can add up quickly if you're on a budget.
The gym is also fairly unequipped but better than your typical hotel. The squat rack had very strange assortment of weights though and do not expect to be doing anything over around 250lbs because there simply is not enough weights.
Other than those issue the place was very nice as you would expect.”

“Prathoo at front desk was especially accommodating when we encountered an issue w/our assigned room. He made sure I was happy with a new room the next day by showing me two alternate ones.
If I had to nitpick and find fault, I'd say for a beautiful hotel as this, the entrance lobby area is a bit underwhelming. I would have hoped for a grander space...and to continue on w/my critique, I'd also clean-up the cluttered view of electrical extension cords at the concierge desk.
The folks here were great overall! Five Stars!”
