I truly enjoyed my stay here. I came on an trip for my birthday and loved every bit of it. The staff was very nice and accommodating with anything that you may need or have problems with. Night life I the hotel is great you will have a good time. Try the spinach dip at the bar! And enjoy the other amenities the hotels has to offer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds were beautiful and the staff we interacted with were superb! I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because my wife left her air pods in our hotel room, but we noticed it 10 minutes after leaving. I immediately called the hotel after she located them and saw they were still at the hotel. They claimed they didn't find them, but later on they appeared on Buford Highway, then the next day they went back to the hotel. Clearly a hotel employee had them. My wife called to speak to a manager and almost 2 weeks later, still no reply...

It’s a great experience. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I visited the bar for a nap cap. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Savonya was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. She was engaging & friendly, I actually stayed longer than expected😊.. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. This place is posh and you will pay for posh and parking as it is located in downtown Atlanta. Beautiful room. Clean restroom. The reception area was quite nice. And we loved the fact that is connected to a food court and an ice skating rink! Very cool place

Great property. Formerly the W. The decor is retro and playful. Hilton recently purchased the property. While the property needs some love, it is in decent shape. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Lobby bar was great to watch the game. Palitin square is connected. We had drinks and food at the bar. Well executed and reasonably priced. Parking was easy to access. Short walk to the hotel. All underground. We stayed here for a weekend getaway. I would stay here for business travel.

I stayed at hotel midtown for a weekend getaway. The location is fantastic. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and movies; very walkable. The checking process was quick and I was offered a glass of champagne. I didn’t get much of a rundown of what was offered but it may have been because they were busy. The bar in the lobby was packed with people getting ready to go to a concert. The hotel itself looks to have been remodeled sometime in the last 5/6 years as the structure and certain details appeared to be a lot older. I very much appreciate that it didn’t have the renovated hotel smell (you know what I’m talking about? Musty and stale). The rooms appeared to be well renovated though some of the design was a bit eclectic for my taste (the birds… see picture). There were a few complimentary bottles of water and face masks on the desk. There was a small seating area with coffee table. The bed was well made though the lamps looked to have been stained with something. The bathroom was clean but there was no soap bar at the sink. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I enjoyed it. Also shoutout to H at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind.

This use to be the W hotel. There is a $45 parking fee overnight. Checking in was a bit of a disappointment but the manager fixed everything. Took about an hour to fix. The lounge was nice. Damon(not sure if I spelt it correctly) & Ms. Gwen have impeccable customer service. The lounge during breakfast time was busy and they executed it all. Breakfast hands down the best hotel breakfast I've had in years. As far as the room it was superb. I just wish the 1st bathroom in the hallway had a hand towel like the main bathroom. I didn't see an ice bucket in my bar area. For a room that cost $500 plus a night it should've had a little bit more amenities. The view was amazing at night.

Truly the worst hotel I’ve been to in a while. The valet didn’t come to our car. Literally had to call out to him as he watched us pull up and stared at us. It took around 40 minutes to finally check in. The hostess gave us the wrong room number but I caught it before we got on the elevator. We had to change rooms three times because the rooms were dirty. We asked for glasses and received paper cups. We asked for clean towels and sheets at 10 am. They didn’t come till around 6 pm. They also only have 40 channels on the TVs and no streaming services. Save your money. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s like putting diamonds on trash. I will never stay here again.

Very gorgeous lobby and rooms! Shower was incredible! Staff was extremely helpful and super nice! Their prices are very reasonable for what you get, and they have a ton of room options including suites. I would stay here again without question. The only thing hampering the 5 star rating here is that the bed was made in an extremely strange way. Top sheet instead of a bottom sheet and the comforter insert was just sandwiched between 2 more top sheets. The staff told me this was some kind of European site bedding, but Google said otherwise. I'd prefer a regular bottom sheet, top sheet, and comforter (in a slip cover please) setup. Other than that oddity this place was incredible!
