“Upon arrival it was a bad experience. Once I was able to get to my room, we noticed the room hadn't been cleaned. I walked out my room to find a cleaning crew member as I had seen a couple of cleaning carts along the end of the hallway. Once I told the member about how the room was dirty, she acted like she didn't understand what I was saying so I repeated myself over 5 times while standing in the hallway. I told her there was trash in the room along with what looked like trimmer hairs in the sink as well as trash in the trash can in restroom. I was already appalled by the look but was tired of my drive there that I didn't feel like complaining any more because the front desk staff was rude as could be, never will I again stay at this location nor will I suggest this place to anyone! Please steer far away from this location/establishment. It was beyond horrible and I've had ugly experiences but none will ever compare to this establishment. Overall appearance and cleanliness as well as customer service are lower than whale poop!”

“Booked hotel through Expedia. Hotel was under construction no outdoor area no pool. Because it was 4th of july we couldn't find any other location to stay ANYWHERE. there was no mention of the construction on the website. No reduction of price was offered. The construction started very early every day. 7am usually. The spring loaded doors on all the rooms around like thunder when closed. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping the guest. When we checked in we waited 10 minutes as the front desk clerk just walked away. When we complained about the noise the employees seemed like it was a bother for them just to listen. Needless to say if you're smart you will look ANYWHERE else for a hotel in san antonio. Bring your own toilet paper it wasn't restocked in 4 days. What a shame we work so hard for our money just to spend it on bad service. One good point... the coffee was awesome.”
