“I saw other negative reviews but decided to come anyway thinking the complaints were exaggerated but I can say I had a terrible stay here. Please take heed to the negative reviews. The rooms are super small. Not very luxury at all. Guest services impossible to reach.Our air went out plus our lights in the bathroom and we had to get ready for a tour in the dark. I was charged $700 “by accident “ for a room that I was not even in. We asked for a microwave in our room and continued to be told it’s on its way up for 3 hours.I even tried to book a massage and have yet to reach someone. The “concierge” over charges you for excursions (go online for better deals). I travel so much and this has by far been my worse experience”
