“Service could be much better, seems like some simple doesn't want to work.
The rooms are okay, nothing really special, but when you enter the bathroom, you realize renovation is required. It was simply skipped compared to rest of hotel.
So in the end, hotel is not really the money worth.
They do good advertising and good pictures.
Food in restaurants is excellent, had some snacks at the pool, and sushi, all was great food.”

“1. Actual room doesn't match pictures, in particular balcony is significantly smaller.
2. Our selected room type wasn't available upon check-in so they had to downgrade the room the first night and refused to offer adequate compensation, and overall communication and sympathy has been poor.
3. Service and attention in general (pool, restaurants) is mediocre, not bad but not 5-star worthy
4. Hotel overall is big and nice, great views, comfortable bed, great AC and water pressure, in-room coffee. Bathrooms and overall decor are a little antiquated though”
