“My friend and I chose this hotel because it accepts dogs and it is pretty close to the Levi Stadium. When we arrived, the l pillow covers were very dirty. Luckily we arrived early and house keeping was able to change the covers right away. Windows were not the best as you were able to hear all the noise from cars outside and our room was all the way in the back of the hotel. However, I must say the worst part of it all is the lack of integrity and dishonesty from the staff. I accidentally forgot my my jacket in the closet, and didn’t realize it until I got home. When I called the hotel, I was told that housekeeping didn’t turn in a jacket, so I guess it was kept by the person who cleaned the room. It was a very nice 49rs jacket.”

“We needed a place to stay just one night in Santa Clara. So, we booked a room in this hotel which was rated 4 stars online and also had reasonable nightly rates. I didn’t have high expectations but to my surprise this hotel turned out to a great accommodation, great parking and quiet halls. I got a really good nights rest here despite the hotel being full on the night I checked in. The room had a good form bed, nice pillows, a work desk and plenty of power outlets for all my gadgets to charge overnight.
One thing I must mention is the strangely confounding room numbering they had at this place. Despite that, I found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise and they topped it off with a nice breakfast. One thing I was very pleased with is the front office calling me soon after I went in the room to see if there was anything they could do for me!”
