It was okay... Not what I was expecting. I was so sore from walking the parks, I went to the drug store and got some epsom salt to take a bath. Low and behold there was no bathtub. The beds were very very stiff. The lighting situation was rather annoying. You cannot turn the lamp on beside the bed unless the main light in the entry way was on. Also, they have motion sensor lights. So every time I'd go to the bathroom this super bright light came on unexpectedly. Other than all of that it was alright. The best thing is the location

Os quartos são novos, limpos e bem decorados. A única sugestão que eu teria é talvez ter outro toalheiro no banheiro. O restaurante é simples, mas bom e a pessoa que trabalha no restaurante/bar tem uma ótima atitude e faz um trabalho fantástico. A recepção foi sempre útil. Muito estacionamento no local. Ótima localização, cerca de 6 minutos da Universal.

Fantástico. Tínhamos originalmente reservado um quarto no Holiday Inn perto do Universal Studios, mas quando chegamos lá, os quartos eram completamente e totalmente inaceitáveis. Fui forçado a encontrar um novo lugar para ficar naquela mesma noite, e tive muita sorte de que o Wyndham não tivesse atingido seus limites de ocupação!Cheguei a este hotel exausto, irritado com minha outra experiência no hotel e com duas crianças a tiracolo, todos nós precisando muito de uma boa noite de sono. Mas tivemos sorte, porque Tina estava na recepção, e ela era ABSOLUTAMENTE MARAVILHOSA. Ela foi além - ela nos encontrou dois belos quartos e até nos escoltou para um deles para que pudéssemos olhar para eles antes de fazermos o check-in. Os quartos eram espaçosos, muito limpos, com excelentes vistas e exatamente o que nossa pobre diversão -Parque pés necessários no final de um dia muito longo.O hotel tinha um ótimo pequeno restaurante, e uma piscina. As crianças ficaram encantadas e a mãe ficou feliz. O Wyndham salvou nossas férias e, se estivermos em Orlando novamente, é óbvio que reservaremos aqui novamente.Muito obrigado, Tina!

Eu amo ficar neste hotel o hotel é muito bom e bem conservado. Os quartos são grandes e realmente limpos. Os membros da equipe do hotel são muito atenciosos e super amigáveis. A única coisa que não gostei é que eles anunciam café da manhã gratuito e, quando você chega ao hotel, tem que pagar pelo café da manhã. Mas no geral é um bom hotel.

I love staying in this hotel the hotel is really nice and well kept. The rooms are big and really clean. The hotel team members are very attentive and super friendly. The only thing that I disliked is that they advertise free breakfast and then when you get to the hotel you have to pay for the breakfast. But overall it’s a good hotel.

Fantastic. We had originally booked a room at the Holiday Inn near Universal Studios, but when we got there, the rooms were completely and totally unacceptable. I was forced to find a new place to stay that very night, and I was so very lucky that the Wyndham hadn't hit their occupancy limits! I came to this hotel exhausted, angry about my other hotel experience, and with two kids in tow, all of us badly in need of a good night's sleep. But we got lucky, because Tina was manning the front desk, and she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She went the extra mile - she found us two beautiful rooms, and even escorted us to one of them so we could look at them before we checked in. The rooms were spacious, very clean, with great views, and exactly what our poor amusement-park feet needed at the end of a very long day. The hotel had a great little restaurant in it, and a pool. The kids were delighted, and mom was happy. The Wyndham saved our vacation, and if we are ever in Orlando again, it's a no-brainer that we will be booking here again. Thank you so much, Tina!

The rooms are new, clean and well appointed. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe have another towel rack in the bathroom. The restaurant is simple but good and the person working in the restaurant/bar has a great attitude and does a fantastic job. Front desk was always helpful. Plenty of parking on site. Great location, about 6 minutes from Universal.

A única coisa (e é trivial) é que o quarto era um pouco barulhento, sem tapete. Mas com isso dito, o quarto era impecável e confortável. Altamente recomendado.EDIT: Após esta estadia, ficamos 3 noites no Loews Royal Pacific Resort no Universal Studios. Aquele quarto era bom, mas para o dinheiro este quarto de hotel era melhor. O resort em si foi impressionante não me interpretem mal. Mas pelo preço que paguei lá esperava mais. A equipe aqui foi muito simpática e profissional. Eles me trataram com respeito, foram muito simpáticos e responderam a todas as minhas perguntas. O barman foi bom também. Os preços dos lanches e bebidas no lobby era razoável e o café gratuito não era ruim para "café do hotel".

Realmente adorável hotel! A equipe foi muito gentil e gentil. A única coisa que eu não gostei necessariamente é a iluminação. Acordei 3 vezes no meio da noite para apagar as luzes. Excelente desde la entrada en el mostrador hasta la salida. Estuve 5 días con mi mejor amiga en este hotel por motivo de visitas a los parques (Disney y Universal Studios). No es la primera vez que viajamos al destino pero sí a este hotel. Las personas del mostrador fueron muy amables, la habitación muy confortable y limpia. Teníamos televisión, baño limpio, plancha, sábanas limpias, plancha y tabla para planchar, refrigerador...Ofrecen desayuno, almuerzo y cena con diversas opciones y excelentes precios y cantidades. Tienen un snack bar muy amplio y bebidas calientes como café, chocolate, té y demás de cortesía a cualquier hora para los huespedes. Definitivamente el mejor latte que me he tomado ha sido allá.Sin duda alguna me vuelvo a quedar todas las veces que sean necesarias!

Really lovely hotel! The staff was very kind and personable. Only thing I didn’t necessarily like is the lighting. I got up 3 times in the middle of the night to turn the lights off. They would come on every time I moved. The bed was also fairly hard as well. All in all it’s a really nice hotel and I love how close it is to the parks so I will be back for sure.

The only thing (and it's trivial) is the room was a bit loud with no carpet in it. But with that being said, the room was spotless and comfy. Highly recommended. EDIT: After this stay, we stayed 3 nights at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios. That room was nice, but for the money this hotel room was nicer. The resort itself was stunning don't get me wrong. But for the price I paid there I was expecting more. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They treated me with respect, were very friendly and answered all my questions. The bartender was nice as well. The prices on the snacks and drinks in the lobby was reasonable and the free coffee wasn't bad at all for "hotel coffee".

Hotel novo, bonito, com ótima estrutura, localizado bem perto da universal. Ficamos hospedados (4 pessoas) num período de 6 dias (entre 27/02 e 05/03) e foi uma ótima experiência. Fomos bem atendidos por todos os funcionários que foram prontos para facilitar as coisas. O estacionamento não é coberto. Destaco um único detalhe negativo: talvez pela Covid não estão feitas arrumações nos quartos. Pedíamos, então, para ao menos retirar o lixo. Um dia foram retirado. Na segunda vez, juntou até nossa saída e não foram retirar ficando um cheiro desagradável, visto que havia restos de alimentos. No mais, gostamos muito da estadia

I barely leave reviews for places but I had to go out of my way for this hotel. I am a Florida native who has stayed in many hotels and airbnbs in Orlando… I’m also EXTREMELY picky when it comes to cleanliness of hotel rooms and this hotel MET all of my expectations. It’s newly renovated. Wood floors in the rooms, all surfaces wiped down. No shower stains, hair, other remnants of prior guests. Very spacious rooms that were soundproof. Beds so comfortable, I slept so well every night. Free parking! I did not try breakfast or the amenities of the hotel. Minutes from universal studios and islands of adventure. It was also super affordable for a busy weekend in orlando. I will actively try to stay here again. Only complaint was that they don’t have ENOUGH parking for a full hotel - we had to park across the street some nights at the motel next door and it was a short walk but no trouble at all. Some staff were nice, some were not helpful. Overall would absolutely stay again but it’s because my priority is cleanliness in a hotel.

The bed was so comfy. The blackout curtains were perfect. I slept better here than my own house. It is in a nice area. I can’t wait to go back

É definitivamente um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos. Achei que os preços eram muito justos, considerando como os quartos são limpos, elegantes e espaçosos. O pessoal é muito simpático e amigável. Minhas únicas reclamações é o fato de que não houve serviço de arrumação durante a nossa estadia de três noites. Eles só trocavam as toalhas se você solicitasse extra na parte da manhã. Além disso, gostaria que houvesse mais opções de café da manhã. O elevador parou de funcionar por um dia, mas felizmente foi consertado antes do check-out, já que estávamos no quinto andar. Fora isso, foi uma ótima experiência. As crianças adoraram os beliches!

It’s definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in. I thought the prices were very fair considering how clean, fancy, and spacious the rooms are. The staff is very nice and friendly. My only complaints is the fact that there was no housekeeping during our three-night stay. They only changed towels if you requested extra in the morning. Also, I wish there were more breakfast options. The elevator did stop working for a day, but luckily was fixed before check out since we were in the fifth floor. Other than that, it was a great experience. The kids loved the bunk beds!

Minha experiência no Wyndham Garden foi tudo menos agradável. Minha família e eu estamos de férias e escolhemos este lugar por causa da localização. Lamento termos ficado aqui. Percebi que meus lençóis estavam terrivelmente imundos, com qualquer cabelo preso nos cantos do chão. Falei com Sabrina Oliveto sobre o assunto e embora ela se desculpasse, ela continuou a falar sobre mim, não entendendo totalmente minha frustração por ter minha família dormindo em lençóis sujos. Para piorar a situação, ela me ofereceu um desconto de US $ 15 e descartou minha preocupação. Quero trabalhar no atendimento ao cliente e nunca trataria um cliente assim. My experience at Wyndham Garden was everything except pleasant. My family and I are vacationing and picked this place because of location. I regret we stayed here. I noticed my sheets were terribly filthy any hair gathered in the corners on the floor. I spoke to Sabrina Oliveto about the matter and although she apologized she continued to speak over me not fully understanding my frustration with having my family sleeping on dirty sheets. To add insult to injury she offered me a $15 discount and dismissed my concern. I to work in customer service and would never treat a client like that. Sabrina please have a little more concern for your guest.

Left a necklace in the room, within 3 hours it had grown legs and magically walked away, conveniently the housekeeper that cleaned the room knew exactly where the necklace had been sitting. Hotel manager said she’d investigate and call me back, she didn’t. It took 2 days and numerous phone calls and messages to finally get through to her. In fact I didn’t get a phone call from Lori the manager until this morning to ask if I’d followed up with the police and to ask me to censor the people that had written reviews.... a guest has something stolen, yes stolen - how else did that housekeeper know exactly where the necklace was when no one had shown her - and the guest gets a phone call from a manager asking them to censor reviews posted by others 😳 This was my personal experience and opinions. Just a word of caution to anyone staying here, don’t accidentally leave something in the room, it will be stolen.

O pessoal, especialmente Carlos, foi muito acolhedor e simpático. Ficamos no quarto 617, que era muito limpo e confortável ... com exceção de várias noites de sono perturbado devido ao sensor de movimento no banheiro. Chame de assombração, ou talvez simplesmente um problema elétrico, mas perder o sono por causa das luzes do banheiro acendendo várias vezes ao longo das primeiras horas da manhã ... não foi divertido. Assustador, para dizer o mínimo. Relatamos os incidentes suspeitos quase todas as manhãs para a equipe ... apenas para nos divertirmos com piadas de "talvez um fantasma tenha feito isso ..." No entanto, a propriedade era limpa e convidativa, mas provavelmente teremos que considerar outro hotel quando visitando Orlando novamente ... a menos que a situação de iluminação seja corrigida.

The staff, especially Carlos, was very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in room 617, which was very clean and comfy...with the exception of several nights of disturbed sleep due to the motion sensor in the bathroom. Call it a haunting, or perhaps simply an electrical issue, but losing sleep because of the bathroom lights turning on multiple times throughout the wee hours of the morning...was no fun. Frightening, to say the least. We reported the suspicious incidents almost every morning to the staff...only to be entertained by jokes of "perhaps a ghost did it..." Nonetheless, the property was clean and inviting, but we will probably have to consider another hotel when visiting Orlando again...unless the lighting situation is corrected.

O check-in e check-out foram tão fáceis! A equipe foi extremamente gentil e profissional. O estacionamento no local é gratuito. Você está literalmente em torno de TUDO !! O quarto de hotel era bonito e espaçoso. As luzes se acendem conforme você caminha de um cômodo a outro. Infelizmente, notei manchas pretas em um dos meus travesseiros e no lençol :( Não há armários no quarto e nenhum depósito para colocar suas malas, mas existem esses suportes nos quais você pode pendurar suas roupas. Chuveiro e banheiro foi muito bom.

¡El check in y el check out fue muy fácil! El personal fue extremadamente amable y profesional. El estacionamiento en el terreno es gratuito. ¡¡Estás literalmente alrededor de TODO !! La habitación del hotel era hermosa y espaciosa. Las luces se encienden mientras camina de una habitación a otra. Desafortunadamente, noté manchas negras en una de mis almohadas y en la sábana :( No hay armarios en la habitación ni espacio para guardar las maletas, pero hay estos soportes en los que puedes colgar la ropa. Ducha y baño fue muy agradable.

Muy buen Hotel, nuevo, ubicado al lado de la International Drive. A pasos tiene un Dennys para desayunar, ya que aunque colocan algunos elementos para consumir en la mañana, son escasos en variedad por el tema de la pandemia. Todo el personal que nos toco fue amable, incluso los que no hablaban español, trataron de resolver nuestras inquietudes de la mejor manera. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito en sus instalaciones. Quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía

Check in and check out was so easy! The staff were extremely kind and professional. Parking on grounds is free. You're literally around EVERYTHING!! The hotel room was beautiful and roomy. The lights come on as you walk room to room. Unfortunately, I did notice black spots on one of my pillows and on the bed sheet :( There are no closets in the room and no storage to put your suitcases, but there are these stands that you can hang your clothes from. Shower and bathroom was very nice.

Buen hotel, nuevo, personal muy amable. Cerca de universal caminando unos 25 minutos al citywalk. Desayuno es básico pero entendible por la situación de la fecha en que estuvimos. No hay shuttle es lo malo aunque ví que la route A de universal paraba cerca. Decidí caminar al hotel surfside de universal a 10 minutos y tomar el bus gratis. Puede uno llegar e irse en bus al aeropuerto en una hora de viaje y poder ahorrar bastante dinero, 2 USD por trayecto. Lo que más me gustó fue que la máquina de café estaba disponible siempre, así que de noche era lo máximo

O hotel se hospedaram no novo Wyndham Garden hotel na semana passada e teve uma experiência incrível! Assim que lá chegamos, o gerente nos cumprimentou e foi muito atencioso para que nos sentíssemos bem-vindos. A localização é conveniente; perto de entretenimento, comida e apenas alguns minutos do Universal Studios e outros parques. Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos, o serviço da equipe da recepção foi excelente e as taxas eram excelentes. Nós definitivamente faremos check-in na próxima vez que estivermos em Orlando e recomendamos que você faça o mesmo. ★★★★★

We stayed at the new Wyndham Garden hotel this past week and had an awesome experience! As soon as we got there, the manager greeted us and was very attentive to making us feel welcomed. Location is convenient; close to entertainment, food, and just minutes from Universal Studios and other parks. The rooms are nice and clean, front desk staff's service was excellent and the rates were great. We'll definitely be checking-in next time we're in Orlando and recommend you do the same. ★★★★★
