Had a lovely Indian afternoon tea at The Taj celebrating a family birthday. The alternative flavours were delicious and thoughtfully put together. Gabriela and the Kona team looked after us really well, especially with the kids - serving them extra biscuits, special sandwiches, and hot chocolate! The portions were very generous, and we had lots of leftovers which the team kindly packed up for us.

I returned to one of my favorite hotels after 3 years and am relieved that she is still the same. Fantastic location. Nice renovated rooms. Fabulous breakfast spread. Excellent staff and service. Highly recommended

Taj 51 Buckingham gate suite is one of my favourite place. Lots of amenities and features at the place. Location is very convenient for public transport. Miss England and other famous beauty parents are conducted at this place. Rooms with great views of London. A suíte Taj 51 Buckingham gate é um dos meus lugares favoritos. Muitas comodidades e recursos no local. Localização é muito conveniente para o transporte público. Miss Inglaterra e outros famosos pais de beleza são conduzidos neste lugar. Quartos com excelentes vistas de Londres.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to my office. Missed my way couple of times trying to locate the restroom at the lobby and the lift, however it was all part of the experience. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. We came here for the Jasmineafternoon tea to celebrate my aunt's birthday from Canada. We were served by the incredible Gabriela, she made sure everyone's many needs were catered to and was patient in explaining all the different items of food, sometimes even twice!!! The team brought out a special vegan cake for my aunt which she absolutely loved! And we even got to meet Chef Kishor who had catered to all our dietary requirements. The ambience is lovely and it was a pretty relaxed afternoon tea, the sandwiches were spot on and the selection of teas was splendid! Thank you Gabriela, you made our day very special and truly unforgettable! Viemos aqui para o chá da tarde Jasmine para comemorar o aniversário da minha tia do Canadá. Fomos atendidos pela incrível Gabriela, ela garantiu que as muitas necessidades de todos fossem atendidas e foi paciente em explicar todos os diferentes itens de comida, às vezes até duas vezes !!! A equipe trouxe um bolo vegano especial para minha tia que ela adorou! E ainda conhecemos o Chef Kishor, que atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades alimentares. O ambiente é lindo e foi um chá da tarde bem descontraído, os sanduíches estavam no local e a seleção de chás foi esplêndida! Obrigada Gabriela, você tornou nosso dia muito especial e verdadeiramente inesquecível!

We stayed in the suites and not the hotel. Although they are on the same property, they are vastly different and have entirely different staff. The accommodations, staff, and everything was excellent. Location is central to sight seeing and theatres. And as with everything in London, everything else is just a few tube stops away. The only thing we were somewhat disappointed with is the lack of dining options in the area. It is not devoid of restaurants but a lot of casual spots and the few proper restaurants were underwhelming. The restaurants on the property can be hit and miss. Ficamos nas suítes e não no hotel. Embora estejam na mesma propriedade, eles são muito diferentes e têm funcionários totalmente diferentes. As acomodações, a equipe e tudo foi excelente. Localização é central para passeios turísticos e teatros. E como tudo em Londres, todo o resto fica a apenas algumas paradas de metrô. A única coisa que nos decepcionou um pouco é a falta de opções de refeições na área. Não é desprovido de restaurantes, mas muitos pontos casuais e os poucos restaurantes adequados eram abaixo do esperado. Os restaurantes da propriedade podem ser um sucesso e um fracasso.

Nos alojamos en las suites y no en el hotel. Aunque están en la misma propiedad, son muy diferentes y tienen un personal completamente diferente. El alojamiento, el personal y todo fue excelente. La ubicación es central para hacer turismo y teatros. Y como todo en Londres, todo lo demás está a solo unas pocas paradas de metro. Lo único que nos decepcionó un poco es la falta de opciones para comer en la zona. No está desprovisto de restaurantes, pero muchos lugares informales y los pocos restaurantes adecuados fueron decepcionantes. Los restaurantes en la propiedad pueden ser impredecibles.

Nos atendió la increíble Gabriela, se aseguró de que se atendieran las muchas necesidades de todos y fue paciente al explicar todos los diferentes elementos de la comida, ¡a veces incluso dos veces! ¡El equipo preparó un pastel vegano especial para mi tía que le encantó! E incluso pudimos conocer al chef Kishor, que había atendido todos nuestros requisitos dietéticos. El ambiente es encantador y fue un té de la tarde bastante relajado, los sándwiches dieron en el clavo y la selección de tés fue espléndida. ¡Gracias Gabriela, hiciste que nuestro día fuera muy especial y realmente inolvidable!

This was the first time I stayed at Taj St. James Court. The location is 10 / 10; Check in experience was 6/10; Room would be 7/10; breakfast would be 9/10. The gym could have been better so barely used it. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was slightly small, no view as such. I would say that on a value for money, the place was 8/10. Overall its a recommended place, but don't have too high expectations of an ultra luxury stay. The hotel is very close to victoria station and st james park station. Buckingham Palace is at the end of the street, so royalty are neighbors. Very close to Westminster Palace and Westminster Abbey. Esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei no Taj St. James Court. A localização é 10/10; Check-in experiência foi 6/10; Quarto seria 7/10; o café da manhã seria 9/10. A academia poderia ser melhor, então quase não usei. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e cortês. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, sem vista como tal. Eu diria que em um valor ao dinheiro, o lugar era 8/10. No geral, é um lugar recomendado, mas não tenha expectativas muito altas de uma estadia ultra luxuosa. O hotel fica muito perto da estação victoria e da estação st james park. O Palácio de Buckingham fica no final da rua, então a realeza é vizinha. Muito perto do Palácio de Westminster e da Abadia de Westminster.

We love this hotel. We stayed here again for our return trip to London. Diego is a key asset to the location. He was available and ready to help out with all of our wants and needs. Ridge was also very helpful with the front desk and checking out. Thank you. Both! The critique would be with the staff at breakfast. The mostly seemed like a bit stressed and scattered. I think a good manager who helps direct flow and coordinate things would be helpful. The exeutive chef in the kitchen was great and made sure the food was ready and delicious. You can watch the individuals running about and missing the mark a bit. If you are American and visiting and order coffee, ask for black coffee and cold milk. This is what we are used to. The staff was excellent and who surprised my wife with a slice of Birthday cake as I had mentioned when they asked if it was a special occasion. It was a nice gesture! TBH, on a personal note, I feel that giving a different slant to the authentic Indian dishes is not “my cup of tea”. On the whole a great experience in an excellent hotel. Tomei nosso chá da tarde Jasmine para comemorar os 70 anos da minha esposa, que foi em janeiro deste ano. A equipe foi excelente e que surpreendeu minha esposa com uma fatia de bolo de aniversário como eu havia mencionado quando perguntaram se era uma ocasião especial. Foi um belo gesto! TBH, a título pessoal, sinto que dar um toque diferente aos autênticos pratos indianos não é “a minha chávena de chá”. No seu conjunto uma grande experiência em um excelente hotel.

AFTERNOON TEA AT Kona Restaurant . Simple .Quite disappointingas they allocated us a table just in front on the main door and facing the stand-by area of the staff. It was not a kind of experience we expected from a 5 starhotel .Size of the restaurant is quite small yet cosy.Thumbs-up to Gabrielawho served us on that that day though. Good food but will not come back again.

El personal fue excelente y sorprendió a mi esposa con un trozo de pastel de cumpleaños como mencioné cuando me preguntaron si era una ocasión especial. ¡Fue un lindo gesto! TBH, en una nota personal, siento que darle un toque diferente a los auténticos platos indios no es "mi taza de té". En general, una gran experiencia en un excelente hotel.
