“Booked and paid for one night for next week (April 27) in Comillas. Reservation was made some time ago, before Covid-19 crisis. Hotel is closed for the day of our stay and they say they will NOT reimburse customers (us). From an European legislation point of view, this is no acceptable option. If they do not change their mind and we cannot get our money back, we will give instructions to all our corporate colleagues to boycott Abba hotels throughout Spain and report this to the relevant Spanish Ministry.”
