“Ya había estado por motivos de trabajo en este hotel siendo siempre la atención y el alojamiento muy buenas gracias a su personal. Esta vez se vio empañado por el señor que atendía el parking de la estrella esta mañana, servicio que te presta el hotel, donde al ir a recoger mi coche tras dos dias, el indocumentado que atiende la caja central me insulta y me dice que los del hotel no saben cómo funciona el aparcamiento, que no lo explican o que los clientes no tienen capacidad para entender... señores del hotel, presentaría al menos una queja al parking para que este tipo de conductas no se repitan o sino cambiaría de servicio de parking. Al final cuando te ocurre esto te acuerdas del hotel, ya que hay parkings más cerca que esté y no tienes que aguantar esto.”
