“As a parent of a 5 year old, I would say the following: we stayed at a double room in the main building, the room is very clean, however it's noisy at night, you can hear the furniture dragged around the next room and on the floor above as well (we booked a room in the 2nd floor). Very friendly staff, there are different activities for kids in the pools and at La Casona at night as well. This one is tricky for although it's advertised as "show for kids" it really is about children dancing around the chair while they play reggaeton and similar music, more suited for an adult audience. The food is excellent! When checking in, they send us to our room but it wasn't fully ready with no bath towels in the moment we got in, they brought them later. The TV didn't have good cable reception, and the room phone didn't work. Other than that, it was a very good stay.”
