Awesome hotel nice breakfast and very nice staff. Super great location in the city easy and convenient to most main attractions. Blocks away from the empire state building and great restaurants nearby. Rooms were small but as expected for New York City!

The hotel is in a great location, only minutes from Penn Station, Macy’s Herald square and restaurants. The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and will return.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Genuine and sincere people who care about their guests. Check in was amazing - we were in a room by 1 pm. Hotel is immaculate - rooms small (typical NYC) but well done and deep clean! Housekeeping was friendly and the breakfast servers were unbelievable - everyone got a big happy Good Morning as they entered and the staff fussed over all - making sure we knew what the choices were and how was our stay. Customer service was top ten! Location is great. Lobby is small but a cozy little bar and outdoor private patio makes up for no lobby. Staff willing to answer any questions about NYC. I will definitely return. And I will recommend. This is a hidden gem of a little hotel - I can't believe it is a chain hotel. Would recommend Brenden's Pub around the corner for lunch,, dinner or a drink. Beautiful dining room and good food - reasonable prices too!

Very convenient location just 3 minutes to the subway. Staff and service were wonderful -- friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Decent fitness room. My "standard king room" was very small, even by NYC standards -- okay for one person, but would be too tight for a couple. Only negative was that I stayed on the top floor and had very poor water pressure which made showering a hassle. Overall, great value.

Visited many hotels during my travels... and I have to say the service at this Best Western Premium is hands down the best I have ever received. When we checked in, we were helped by Donna who took her time to process our tricky check in and payment situation with Best Western Gift Cards. She could have easily been annoyed with this transaction but she took her time and did not make us feel like a burden at all. A couple nights in to our stay, I called reception around midnight and asked if there was a vending machine. The man at front desk, I believe he name was Rob, was told the vending machine is not available at the moment but he said “let me see what I can do for you”. Minutes later, there was a knock at the door and he delivered bottled water and some Oreos!!!! I couldn’t believe it. He also let us know where the 24/7 store was nearby. If we ever find out way back to Manhattan we will be staying here again. Clean room, nice staff! Thank You!!

Very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was great. Received a free drink during happy hour. Great grab and go breakfast bag was appreciated because I had an early train to catch.

Hotel is on the heart of Herald Square area. A little loud if you stay on a lower floor. Service was exceptional. Hotel room was clean, but small. Easy to get to subway a block away. Free coffee and breakfast was nice too. We asked for a late checkout and were accomodated. We also arrived at 12:45 and were able to check in early. Again, excellent service!

The place was immaculate and I really enjoyed my stay! Donna was absolutely amazing!!! Please give her a raise!!! She was so kind and even gave us snacks and drinks before we got out on the road. I will always recommend this place, and I will be coming back for sure! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
