Este hotel tem uma boa localização. Eles dizem que você tem café da manhã grátis, mas eu mal chamaria isso de um café da manhã continental. Embale doces, frutas e aqueça biscoitos de salsicha no micro-ondas. Mesmo que a placa do elevador ainda mostre horários e fotos de café da manhã quente e horários. Bom café, mas não quente. A piscina é ótima. Nós estivemos aqui por 4 dias e nunca tivemos toalhas novas e tivemos que jogar fora nosso próprio lixo e pedir um novo rolo de papel higiênico. A sala só tinha café decalf. Este não é um hotel 4 estrelas, a menos que esteja fora de uma classificação de 12 estrelas. Tonya foi rude.

This hotel has a good location. They say that you get free breakfast but I would barely call it a continental breakfast. Package pastries, fruit and warm up yourself microwave sausage biscuits. Even though the sign by the elevator still shows times and pictures of hot breakfast and times. Good coffee but not hot. Pool is great. We were here for 4 days and never got new towels and had to put out our own trash and ask for a new roll of toilet paper. The room only had decalf coffee. This is not a 4 Star hotel unless it is out of a 12 star rating. Tonya was rude.

Esta teria sido uma revisão de 5 estrelas, mas os quartos de hotel precisam ser atualizados. Eu entendo que com o COVID eles podem não ter tido a chance de fazer isso, mas é necessário. Mancha vermelha bastante grande no tapete quando você entra. Amei assento com manchas e fios saindo deles. Diferente daquele lugar tem ótima localização. A piscina com escorregador foi incrível, reserve o tempo da piscina 7 dias antes da chegada, pois eles só permitem um determinado número de pessoas por hora. O café da manhã era bom, mesmo com todos os protocolos. Não posso justificar os US $ 100 mais uma noite para quartos desatualizados e sujos.

Esta habría sido una revisión de 5 estrellas pero las habitaciones del hotel necesitan una reforma. Entiendo que con COVID es posible que no hayan tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo, pero es necesario hacerlo. Mancha roja bastante grande en la alfombra cuando entras. Asiento de amor con manchas y cables que salen de ellos. Aparte de ese lugar tiene una excelente ubicación. La piscina con tobogán fue increíble, reserve el tiempo de la piscina 7 días antes de la llegada, ya que solo permiten un número limitado de personas por hora. El desayuno era bueno incluso con todos los protocolos. No puedo justificar los $ 100 más una noche por habitaciones anticuadas y sucias.

This would have been a 5 star review but hotel rooms need updating. I understand with COVID they might not have had a chance to do so but it needs done. Fairly large red stain on the carpet when you walk in. Love seat with stains and wires sticking out of them. Other than that place has great location. Pool with slide was awesome, reserve pool time 7 days prior to arrival since they only allow so many people in per hour. Breakfast was good even with all the protocols. Can't justify the $100 plus a night for outdated and dirty rooms.

Os quartos são espaçosos. Duas tv's nas suítes com incrível sistema surround. A área da piscina é muito legal, com um grande toboágua e banheira de hidromassagem. O serviço foi muito capô e confortável. O café da manhã foi durante covid, então um pouco de luz, mas pegue n go saco junto com os biscoitos de salsicha junto com a panqueca em um palito me deixou satisfeito. Só foi negativo o fato de que o hotel poderia ser limpo melhor. Migalhas na sala e no elevador. Parecia ser curto com uma equipe embora. A família se divertiu muito. Com certeza ficarei novamente.

Pessoal educado, bem tratado. O café da manhã no AM foi incrível com um trabalho super entusiasmado e prestativo. Feito pela manhã. Obrigado pela noite. 3º Best Western e sempre um preço decente com quartos limpos e funcionários que parecem realmente se importar.

Polite staff, treated well. Breakfast in AM was amazing with a working that was super enthusiastic and helpful. Made the morning. Thanks for the overnight. 3rd best western and always a decent price with clean rooms and staff that seem to actually care.

The rooms are spacious. Two tv's in the suites with awesome surround system. The pool area is very cool with a great water slide and hot tub. The service was very hood and accommodating. The breakfast was during covid so a little light but grab n go bag along with the sausage biscuits along with the pancake on a stick left me satisfied. Only negative was the fact that the hotel could of been cleaned better. Crumbs in the room and elevator. Seemed to be short staffed though. Family had a great time. Will definitely stay again.
