Ótima localização, bem próximo a estação Término de trens e metrô. Pessoal de excelente atendimento (destaco a funcionária Paola dá recepção - parece até brasileira, muito simpática e gentil). Café da manhã com muita variedade, tem máquina de fazer panqueca na hora, quentinha. Restaurante muito bom. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Foi minha segunda vez neste hotel. Recomendo!

Hotel confortavel, boa localização perto da Estação Termini, mas muito seguro. Staff acolhedor, cafe da manha variado e de qualidade, camas confortaveis, wifi muito bom e fornecimento de um smartphone durante a estadia com 4G ativado para uso da internet fora do hotel.

Staff so kind and very helpful! So good breakfast as well and so close to main Rome station.

The hotel is well located near the Rome Terminal & gives good access to all the tourist places. The room was clean, hygeine, and the beds were comfortable with good pillows. I stayed for 2 days. The staff were friendly and helped whenever possible. Only improvement that can be done is the breakfast menu. It was same menu for both days, and the dessert portion size for croissant, cake was too big (most people dint want to take it to avoid wastage). It would be nice if the portion size could be made small & variety can be increased. Overall it was a good stay!

Muy contentos con la estancia, atención y servicio

One staff member rudely insulted me, another was kind of pompous. Then again there were at least a dozen who went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed every portion of the amenities that the hotel offered. The two most important factors in considering this hotel is: 1) the one-block walk to Roma Termini train station which connects to the airport on a half hour trip, and 2) it is right across the street from the SIT shuttle bus stop to the airport, which is a one hour ride. I did each: the train to arrive and the shuttle to get back to the airport. I don't think I should have done the shuttle and I don't think I would do it again- the biggest reason being the lack of social distancing on the bus. But it boards in a straight line right across from the front door of the Santina. The food was impressive. Breakfast covered everything I've seen in other countries, except for hash browns! The staff are very well-versed about gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance. While they don't guarantee that the kitchen is open every day for lunch, it was for every day that I was there, and the beef burger was simply the best I've ever had. Chicken fillet for dinner was awesome. Around me were people from other countries eating some of the Italian dishes and the plates looked incredibly well fed. The hop on hop off tour buses were only a block or two walk away. The only thing that could've used a little bit of attention, besides the rude staff member who apparently doesn't like old men, is that the bed was a little bit too big and therefore the chair to sit at the desk kept getting tangled in the frame of the bed. Maybe the bed could be pushed over another half a foot. But it was all very comfortable.

I stayed for 4 nights in September. Single International female traveler here! My room was very clean and bed was so comfy! You could change the color accent lights in your room according to your mood! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a quick walk from Rome Termini station. I walked several times late at night by myself and never felt unsafe. The staff truly showed they cared about my needs and happiness. I would highly recommend staying there! ❤

Very nice and clean Rooms, including kids area, smoking lounge and fitnessspace. Staff and reception very kind and friendly, all around a very nice place to stay. Totally worth the money I spent.

Rightnext to the train station and 10 min Uber from most major tourist spots like trevi or Colosseum. Only issue is the walls of the bathrooms are super thin. When the guest in the room next to us took a shower or flushed their toilet it sounded like they were in my room and would wake us up.

Situado en el centro de roma, al lado de la estación termini, un Hotel urbano realmente bueno. Habitaciones renovadas, Cómodas y modernas. Personal amable. Buen desayuno. Buenas camas. Sábanas increíblemente suaves! Buena insonorización. Precios muy competitivos para su calidad! Muy recomendado.

Great location to train and attractions and easy to find. The staff was helpful and kind and provided maps to us to utilize. The room was spacious. The breakfast was okay but did not have a big variety.

"Upgraded" to a room that honestly felt more like a downgrade (I believe it had to do with us showing up with pets, unannounced). Thankfully, we were in Rome only one night. We left to go out and came back before 1:30 am, but the doors were locked and some of the lights were off. Eventually, someone from the staff came and unlocked them. The location was good and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Room's size was okay. The bathroom was nice because of the bathtub. In my opinion (my height is 170cm [5'6 ft] ) the bed was too small. I liked the coloured lamps in the room a lot (you can choose between blue, red, green). It was very atmospheric. Covid restrictions were all followed and there were sanitizers in every floor.

Situación ideal si llegas en tren a Roma, además tienes cerca el metro aunque en realidad se puede ir andando a todos los sitios... La cama era muy cómoda y el baño aceptable. Sin embargo el desayuno era un poco regular, se podría mejorar.

La habitación era muy pequeña.Pero la limpieza fenomenal.Muy cerca del centro ,puedes ir andando sin tener que coger transporte.No obstante,si necesitas transporte está todo muy cerca.Tiene una terracita para los fumadores.Personal atento y amable.En general muy bien,creo que fue la mejor opción en Roma

De las veces que he estado en Roma este ha sido el mejor alojamiento con diferencia, el hotel superó mis expectativas. Bien es sabido que los hoteles de la ciudad son algo antiguos, sin embargo este es nuevo y moderno. Habitación nº 516; amplia, cama comodísima (180cm), baño con ducha y bañera, calefacción perfecta, muy muy limpia. El desayuno no estaba incluido, pero tenía un precio de 5€ y era completísimo, buffet amplio y variado (bollería, tartas, tortitas, nutella, tostadas, mermeladas, cereales, tortilla, fiambres, fruta...). Excelente calidad precio. Está ubicado en la calle de la estación, perfectamente comunicado y es muy fácil llegar.Los trabajadores de recepción no son muy simpáticos.

Estuvimos siete alojados hace una semana y la verdad que las habitaciones están muy confortables y muy limpio. El desayuno no lo teníamos incluido pero solo valía 3 euros por persona y está muy bien. Personal muy servicial y amable. Buena ubicación
