“I gave my credit card as warranty at the check in. Was surprised after I reach my country that they did a transaction without notifying me pretending that I didn’t settle the mini bar fees despite that I paid this at the check out and sent them the invoice for this. How can they found after two days that their is smth missing from the mini bar? Shouldn’t have an updated mini bar stock at the check out ? You’d better have checked with your cleaning service instead of ignoring my emails.”
