“Avoid at all times! This is one of the worst hotel I’ve seen. The management has been insisting that the room was clean, even though there was a clear smell of tobacco products. They have refused to provide another room - that’s particularly the weirdest part - I still can not understand. Luckily the other Sonesta is great and somehow cheaper!”

“I've stayed numerous times here but this last time it was not 5star. The room came with half used toilet paper roll tht ran out in the middle of the night and there was no extra, had to use Kleenex. The bed seemed smaller than a queen maybe a full, not sure but it only had 2 bed sheets, mind you it's still a little chilly at night, so a comforter would of been ideal. Not sure what happen maybe it was laundry day?. But anyway I'll give it another chance. I was upgrade due to an over booking issue with a studio so that was cool but not really if tht make sense. Lol”
