The only reason for the 4 star is parking and no attendant to watch my bags while I went around the corner to the garage. It is not attached to the hotel and my bags were not light! Having said that, I loved the room and the location. Pike & Rose has lots of restaurants and shops, and the metro is not far. Very reasonably priced. My view was "Bark Social," dog park, so I was entertained every time I opened my drapes! I will stay here again with my luggage on wheels!

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I love this hotel but I am never going back! They still charged me while I didn’t even stay! I missed check in time due to a flight problem and still wouldn’t give me a refund. Once I got to the hotel they told me I was a no show and gave my room away, at the time they told me I would be able to get a refund. But fighting for weeks and still nothing! How can you still charge someone for a room they didn’t stay in? WHEN IT WAS THE HOTELS FAULT FOR GIVING OUT MY ROOM?! BEWARE!!!!!

Este é um boutique como hotel. Tem uma decoração moderna/industrial. A localização é ótima, com muito para comer nas proximidades. O estacionamento não está ligado ao hotel, o que não foi terrível, mas choveu todos os dias que estivemos lá, então tivemos que ser rápidos na nossa transição da garagem. This is a boutique like hotel. It has a modern/industrial decor. Location is great, with lots to eat nearby. The parking is not connected to the hotel, which was not terrible, but it rained every day we were there, so we had to be quick about our transition from the parking garage. I realize Covid has hit the service industry and staff is short. My only issue is do not offer daily cleaning if you do not have the staff. Otherwise, the place was great.

The hotel is in a nice location near family.We came to have a small reunion. There were a number of frustrating problems.Notably, my grandmother is 89 years old with Parkinson's.The carpet in the room was lifted, which was repaired as requested to make the room safe.Furthermore, the sliding door on the bathroom was broken and did not slide.This meant that one did not have privacy when using the toilet.The restaurant was closed, which did not seem to be displayed when we reserved.As there are numerous restaurants nearby, this was not such a problem; however it did seem to be a chore to ask for a wine opener.For a 5 day stay, we asked twice to open a bottle of wine.The first time, they were able to give a wine opener to open a bottle and return, but this was too much to ask two days later. The safe did not work in one of the rooms.The chair in the room was squeaky at first, but later had a bold fall out, making it unstable.We brought up a number of these complaints up to the front desk, and some were addressed, while many were disregarded.Lastly, services have changed since we last stayed here about 2 years ago, when valet parking was complimentary. We all understand COVID has changed the service industry.However, it is still listed that valet parking is available.While I do not really care about this service, it becomes difficult to park 2 blocks away and help one's grandmother to safely enter the building.When we asked why this was still listed, again we got no answer.Food and beverage credit was not offered.We were offered bagels, toaster, fruit and cereal.

Dirty room with human hair all over the chair, bed, and bathroom. There was no "COVID cleaning" like they pretend to do nowadays at hotels. No free or reduced parking. No parking attached to hotel. No mini fridges in the room. No pool. Very pretty hotel but a little too hipster for my taste. One positive was the daily pastry table in the lobby. There are also a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Hence two stars instead of one.

This is our favorite hotel in the area. The vibe is cool and it's super clean and comfortable. When we were there over Thanksgiving the bar/restaurant wasn't open very much, but we understand why, with the labor shortage. The staff that IS there, is super friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again.

Great location !!Walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The room was clean and the bed super comfy.Special thanks to Sherine at reception, she was super nice, she gave me lots of dinning info and took her time to answer all of my questions. The only negative point is that the hotel doesn'thave parking. Other than that, great stay!!

They Are always changing, very unstable with things they offer and how they treat their customers. If you can go to DC one they are much nicer and work with you more, that’s if you must stay at the canopy. I mean there were many other issues in the past and I kept coming back as they kept promising to be better, but at this Point I finally took the step of not coming back and going to the canopy DC I made a wonderful choice! We are a family, pregnant with a 5 yr old and husband and we were not satisfied with them

While this was a nice hotel and great location, we were completely disappointed in the service we had received from the desk staff. A girl named Beth was rude and unaccommodating. She gave an attitude everytime we had ask for something like we were a bother. There was another older gentleman who would not even look our way when we were standing in line to get help. These individiduals are in the service industry but we were not treated like guests in the hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton Canopy hotel ever again. There are way too many nice hotels out there to make us feel welcomed and offer way better service than this one in Bethesda.

Nice hotel with great location right on Pike & Rose. Front desk staff were friendly. Cozy room with corner view however, bed frame needs to be replaced due to wood making sounds which is odd for a hotel by Hilton. Room service was on-time. Shower and toilet design not the best, very uncomfortable concept. Terrace was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay ! This is a very chic and trendy hotel! You know your hotel is a great when you turn on the TV and your name pops up! 😅 , The hotel was really clean, I travel with a blue light and I have to say that its hotel is cleaner than some 5 stars hotels out there. Bed were comfortable , shower had great pressure, the AC was super cold! They also have nice breakfast and areas to hangout. And the location is perfect as there are a ton of activities around the area. And the view from the room is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I would definitely go back if i have the occasion.
