So glad we chose this hotel the Linens where very white and smells so fresh. You could tell they had taking extra special time in the room they were very clean 😊 We had a very bad experience a personal one and the young woman, I think she told me she was head of housekeeping. Her name was Leatrice she was such a god-sent she went way above her job, I have no idea what we would have done without her. She was such a big help to me. She kept me very calm was so very sweet to me and help me with one of the biggest tragedies of my life. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is definitely a first-class lady and I wish her nothing but the best, and hope God pays her back for the love she has shown to us. There is not enough words to tell her how much I thank her, for being there for me. What a wonderful person I hope her boss knows her as well as I do in the short time, I had with her. If I could leave zero stars I would. We booked a room with Expedia way far in advance for the March madness tournament. March madness was canceled and there was a state of emergency ordered due to covid. We contacted the hotel several times, Expedia, and corporate and they kept passing the blame. Finally comfort inn stated they were the ones not allowing the refund. There was a pandemic going on and everything was cancelled. Not one of these people were professional. The comfort inn was the worst and was arguing that there wasn’t a pandemic going on. The staff runs this hotel horrible. Don’t stay here. Look elsewhere. We ended up getting our refund after filing a dispute with our bank. Stay away.

Very nice and clean. No breakfast and pool was closed due to COVID19/which I understand. I needed change for laundry though and they didn't have any. The cleaning lady was trying to come in while we were packing trying or get out. It was only 9:00! Check out time is 11.

Kentucky was very nice people and great service. So far so good in Tennessee.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was terrible which was extremely disappointing since that was the reason we stayed there. The pool isn't heated or the heaters weren't on at least. Other than that our stay was alright but I think if we ever need to stay in the area again we'll stay to the La Quinta Inn. Its cheaper and nicer.
