Rooms were so clean. slept amazing in our bed loved that it had fridge , microwave,hair dryer, couch... Just wonderful! Breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Totalmente cómodo, mi Viaje a San Antonio Texas fue muy estresante pero tuve un lugar donde descansar cómodamente gracias a ellos, todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno muy completo, recomiendo este hotel y volveré !!

Esta habitación en particular tenía la puerta de entrada muy dura y la regadera no se podía abrir por arriba.

Paid $120 plus for a night. We chose this because it's close to six flags. The location fits what we needed. But their room smells so bad( smells like someone have smoked in there). Shower water with no cold water. No one picked up calls when we hoped to report the shower water problem, then in the morning, I found someone at the front desk, she promised to send someone to fix but never showed. And Bed bugs! My whole body has been so itchy since the stay, with something like allergic reaction to it. I'm planning on seeing doctor tomorrow if the symptoms don't get better.

Já estou aqui há 2 noites e no dia em que dormi, eles chamaram a polícia por não pagar a noite a tempo, já que você tem que pagar antecipadamente. Eles têm todas as informações do meu cartão, depósito, e eu ainda estou aqui. Eu sei que as pessoas fazem coisas obscuras, mas sou um cliente fiel das suítes de conforto. Eles não deveriam estar chamando a polícia por uma noite que não foi paga, especialmente quando eu ainda estou aqui, meus dados de cartão estão arquivados., e minha intenção sempre foi pagar. Eles têm as informações do meu cartão. Desci as escadas quando me chamaram para pagar, a recepcionista nem estava lá, outro hóspede estava esperando para fazer o check-in e disse que já estava esperando um pouco. Resolveu voltar tomar um banho e estava voltando para baixo. Eles me ligaram de volta que a polícia tinha sido chamada. Eu não sou um roubo, mas foi assim que eles me fizeram sentir. Nunca ficar em um de seus locais. Definitivamente vou compartilhar minha experiência com minha família e amigos para que eles possam saber como tratam seus hóspedes.

O hotel era limpo e meu quarto era ótimo. Eles têm opções diferentes para o café da manhã, mas fica ocupado. Não percebendo que a gerência estava presente na área de jantar; ela percebeu que eu estava lutando com o café da manhã e ela veio com uma bandeja para ajudar. Ela permitiu que eu levasse o café da manhã para o nosso quarto na bandeja, já que minha mãe estava lutando para andar. Recomendo este hotel.

Chegamos aqui na tarde de 1º de março de 2022. Eu tinha uma consulta médica nas proximidades na manhã seguinte. As boas-vindas foram boas. Eles tinham um dispensador de água com limão no saguão e parecia bom. Tínhamos um quarto no 3º andar - # 326 - que foi montado para pessoas com deficiência. A partir daí, a porta era extremamente difícil de abrir e estava literalmente emperrada e desalinhada ao ponto de o ferrolho não funcionar. O colchão era irregular e desconfortável. Quando fui para a cama, havia uma impressão de mão enorme e pegajosa na mesa de cabeceira que eu tive que limpar com uma toalha de papel molhada. Isso me fez pensar que o quarto não havia sido limpo. e não resfriou o quarto. Além disso, o chuveiro corria como um pequeno gotejamento com pressão de água quase inexistente. Ao dar a descarga, ele continuava funcionando a maior parte do tempo em que estávamos lá. quarto, que tinha uma grande placa impressa cobrindo a frente que dizia "Desculpe, a máquina de café está fora de serviço". não havia uma única pessoa naquele quarto quando estávamos lá às 8:30 no meio do que seria o café da manhã. Descemos a estrada e compramos o café da manhã no Cracker Barrel. Honestamente, tendo ficado em mais de 1000 hotéis ,esta foi a nossa pior experiência na memória recente. Os funcionários também não foram muito úteis ... agindo como se estivessem aturando os hóspedes em vez de servi-los. Não posso recomendar este hotel por todas as razões acima

Uma escolha sólida para a minha estadia recente. O quarto não era grande, mas confortável e bem decorado, incluindo um pequeno frigorífico e microondas. Cama confortável e uma boa área de café da manhã. Não consegui usar a sala de exercícios nesta curta viagem, mas o equipamento parecia em boa forma. Funcionários simpáticos e uma experiência geral agradável.

The hotel was clean and my room was great. They have different options for breakfast but it does get busy. Not realizing management was present in the dining area; she noticed I was struggling with getting breakfast and she came right over with a tray to assist. She allowed me to take breakfast up to our room on the tray since my mom was struggling to walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hate it! Never staying here again. Hotels smells. I have been staying here for 2 nights already and they day I slept in, they called the cops on me for not paying the night on time, since you have to prepaid. They have all my card info, deposit, and I am still here. I know that people do shady stuff, but I am a loyal customer to comfort suites. They shouldn't be calling the cops for a night that hasn't been paid, specially when I am still here, my card info is on file., and my intention was always to pay. They have my card info. I went down stairs when they called me to pay, the receptionist wasn't even there, another guest was waiting to check in and said he had been waiting for a bit already. Decide to come back take a shower and was going back down. They called me back that cops had been called. I am not a theft, yet thats how they made me feel. Never ever staying in one of your locations. I will definitely share my experience with my family and friends so they can know how they treat their guests.

A solid choice for my recent stay. The room wasn't large, but comfortable and well appointed including a small fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast area. Didn't get to use the work out room on this short trip, but the equipment looked in good shape. Friendly staff and an overall pleasant experience.

We arrived here the afternoon of March 1st,2022.I had a doctor's appointment nearby the next morning.The welcome was fine.They had a lemon water dispenser in the lobby and it looked good.We had a room on the 3rd floor-#326-which was set up for disabled people.From there,the door was extremely hard to open,and was literally jammed and misaligned to the point where the dead bolt did not function at all.The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.When I went to bed,there was a huge ,sticky hand print on the nightstand that I had to clean off with a wet paper towel.It made me think the room had not been cleaned.To add insult to injury,the air conditioner was not working,and did not cool the room at all. Beyond that,the shower ran as a tiny trickle with nearly non-existent water pressure.When flushing the toilet,it kept running most of the time we were there.When we awakened for breakfast,we went downstairs to the coffee machine in the breakfast room,which had a big printed sign covering the front that said"Sorry,the coffee machine is out of order".The kitchen adjoining looked fancy with commercial equipment,and the desk told us the breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:30 am.There was not a single person in that room when we were there at 8:30 in the middle of what would be breakfast.We went down the road and bought breakfast at the nearby Cracker Barrel.Honestly,having stayed in over 1000 hotels,this was our worst experience in recent memory.The employees were not very helpful either...acting as if they were putting up with guests instead of serving them. I cannot recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons

Hotel agradável e limpo. Piscina é aquecida e foi ótimo durante este tempo frio. Os quartos são de bom tamanho e a equipe do hotel é profissional e agradável. O estacionamento fica cheio à noite, mas o hotel permite estacionar ao longo da curva em frente. Nada negativo durante a minha estadia.

Nice and clean hotel. Pool is heated and was great during this cold weather. The rooms are a good size and the hotel staff is professional and nice. Parking lot gets full in the evening but the hotel allows you to park along the curve in front. Nothing negative during my stay.

No geral tive uma ótima experiência. Meu quarto estava limpo e pronto quando prometido. Acordei com um ótimo café da manhã, a localização funciona muito bem e a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram uma ótima maneira de terminar o dia. Eu definitivamente recomendo este lugar e espero voltar em breve.

Hotel é limpo e bem conservado. Muito importante para mim durante o Covid. O café da manhã era bom e não estava lotado. Sofás parecem velhos no quarto, mas tudo no quarto parece bom, atualizado e limpo. Voltarei aqui na minha próxima visita.

Até agora em estadia, as coisas estão bem. Eles têm uma banheira de hidromassagem Goldilocks. Piscina precisa de uma esfoliação na borda. Azulejos quebrados na área da piscina. Ferrugem aparecendo nos pontos. Cervo na frente. Ethan foi amigável e útil. Tinha apenas o carrinho de 1 bagagem para usar no check-in e 3 pessoas precisando deles. Silêncio... assustadoramente silencioso. Fotos amanhã se eu lembrar e tomar café da manhã.

So far into stay, things are well. They have a Goldilocks hot tub. Pool needs a scrub around edge. Broken tiles in the pool area. Rust showing thru on spots. Deer out front. Ethan was friendly and helpful. Had only the 1 luggage cart to use when checking in and 3 people needing them. Quiet ... spooky quiet. Photos tomorrow if I remember and do breakfast.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Very important to me during Covid. Breakfast was good and not overcrowded. Sofas look old in the room but everything else in the room looks nice, updated and clean. Will be coming back here on my next visit.

Overall I had a great experience. My room was clean and ready when promised. Woke up to a great breakfast, location work out great and the pool and hot tub was a nice way to end the day. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon.
