“This hotel has anything but comfort to offer. The room was not clean and has water leaks. The most disturbing part is the horrible staff at the front desk. On 3/29/22 The woman in the morning checked me out of my room. Soon after she told me I could not use there restroom or get my key back to do so knowing my 10 yr old daughter was in need of the facility. When I ask her name she replied D. Not being truthful or honest. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!Hotel is dirty, cockroaches around, moldy and bedbugs! The most disgusting place in Scottsdale! So sad because the town is so beautiful.1 start is short!!!”
