“O próprio hotel, Conrad Osaka, é um hotel de altíssima qualidade com fitness, piscina, spa (grande banho comum, sauna) e plano FHR, que é atraente e digno de repetição. No entanto, a coordenação entre a recepção, serviço de quarto e jantar é extremamente baixa, especialmente as pessoas na sala de jantar têm pouca capacidade de entender a história, e não parece ser um hotel 5 estrelas que cobra um serviço Eu senti como se estivesse recusando a marca Conrad.
