“The hotel staff were very friendly and helped a lot. Before going we were quite scared as we thought the experience would be bad as we are going for quarantine but it was a great experience overall. Staff helped with everything and were really kind to us. There is a park outside that they let you go to for 15 minutes a day so it is child friendly. My son Ali loved the park more than anything. Staff gave any extra items they could and were really cooperative. The food was great and overall a really good experience. We would happily come back if we ever need to and we definitely recommend the hotel to you. Fouzia and Ali”
