I recently stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and I was very dissatisfied with the services. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly the wall paper and flooring is outdated.The bed mattress are very hard to sleep on, not good for back issues. Several items were missing from the room. I think breakfast is the best selling point here and lower rates. I would not recommend this hotel for a convenient brief stay.

Wish I'd have picked hotel from the beginning. Love the staff and management. Love the wood floors in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and bigger bathtubs too!

Booked a room specifically for a whirlpool tub, and was given the wrong room. Nothing whatsoever was done to rectify this issue. Pool & sauna were closed with no notice or explanation. So we paid almost $200 for a nightly getaway for no reason. The desk agent was blaming Corp office, while the Corp office kept referring us back to the desk agent. On top of that, the shower was dirty. Oh, and there was a loud party in the conference room, with drunks running around the entire building. Save yourselves the hassle and don't stay here. Would give zero stars if possible!

Just stayed her for a few nights while visiting family for the Christmas holiday. We had not planned to bring our dog with us but had a last minute change of plans with our dog sitter so he came along. We've had pretty poor experiences in the past with dog friendly hotels so I was a bit nervous. This hotel was exceptionally clean, quite, and staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a plethora of options to choose from. The indoor pool/spa area was nicely kept. This will now be our go to place when traveling to visit our PA family members.

One of the worst hotel experiences with terrible staff and customer service. As a family of 5 and traveling with an almost two year old we like suites so we can put the youngest down and still stay awake for a little bit. We booked a two bed suite in early July for an October stay. We were contacted by "Cindy" and told they overbooked and tried to move us to a different hotel but could not find the same set up. She then then contacted us and told us that we were a unique situation and that she was going to keep us in the same room. We arrived for our stay only to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk and we're then put in a room with one bed. We went back down and were told that basically we were out of luck. We could stay in that one room or go to a regular room with two beds. Despite what she told us Cody left a note saying to put us in the single bed room. She deliberately lied to us knowing we had no other options after driving 4 hours. We took the double room and found a gross dirty room that included broken glass and stained beds. The rooms are gross and the staff is dishonest, stay away!
