“I would give this place -3 stars. The hotel manager Marilyn Scarlett is the rudest person I've ever met. Checked in for a week for business and was told I couldn't get room service since I'm here for a week. No cleaning of the room, no trash removal and have to ask for towels and takes them an hour to bring them. My son was in the pool and I went to join him as I was getting ready to walk in the manager stomping up the hall ,yelled the pool is closed due to cleaning. I said ok let me get my son and all I heard was Jesus Christ at me twice. Very rude and has no business being in a position dealing with the public. I strongly urge anyone who thinks about staying here to rethink...their are alot of nicer places around”

“Eu daria a este lugar -3 estrelas. A gerente do hotel Marilyn Scarlett é a pessoa mais rude que eu já conheci. Check-in por uma semana para negócios e foi-me dito que eu não poderia obter serviço de quarto desde que estou aqui por uma semana. Sem limpeza do quarto, sem remoção de lixo e tem que pedir toalhas e leva uma hora para trazê-las. Meu filho estava na piscina e eu fui me juntar a ele enquanto me preparava para entrar no gerente pisando no corredor, gritou que a piscina estava fechada devido à limpeza. Eu disse ok, deixe-me pegar meu filho e tudo o que ouvi foi Jesus Cristo em mim duas vezes. Muito rude e não tem nada de estar em posição de lidar com o público. Eu exorto fortemente quem pensa em ficar aqui para repensar. . . há muitos lugares melhores ao redor”
