“Tired and in need of a cleaning or an overall remodel. Dirty bathroom that's falling apart with hair all over and urine on the toilet. Water takes forever to get hot then randomly gets super hot to the point of burning. Grimy windows with obstructed view from palm trees. Small tv. Grossness on the elevator buttons.

“Overall good stay, great staff. Need to shout out Dwanda at the front desk especially for being a wonderful, happy, welcoming person at check in. She empathized when I told her I was checking in here due to an issue with the previous hotel and expressed genuine care and offered great help.
The hotel is in good condition, it was a Courtyard Marriott that was rebranded to a Sonesta so you can see that behind the new color schemes, it's a slightly older Courtyard and not quite what you'd expect as a full service Sonesta. Other than that, it's in a great location, quiet, and safe. Parking is $19 which doesn't feel right, since it's basically an open air lot.
I did have some issues with hot water and the body gel dispenser bottle being empty when I first got in the room, but they were promptly addressed and offered a room change. All 3 employees I've interacted with at this hotel have been wonderful to speak with. The pool/hot tub closes at 9:30pm which I'm always sad to see since you spend the whole day exploring and if you eat dinner outside, you'll never get to make it to the pool in time. Please reconsider your policy!”
