Gostei bastante do hotel. Estrutura nova, quarto novo, academia. Muito bom. Localização também é muito boa. Somente o estacionamento é meio caro.

Um dos piores hotéis que conheci nos Estados Unidos da rede IHG na qual somos Spire Elite. Reservei um quarto grande e me deram um pequeno (apesar de terem confirmado a reserva para um grande sem direito a cancelamento), com equipamentos quebrados, sem cofre e nem frigobar. O hotel é pet friendly, e cheira a cachorro em todos os cantos, inclusive nos quartos. Logo no primeiro dia, saímos do quarto para passar e ao voltar, já a noite, não haviam arrumado. Reclamamos e nada. Reclamamos novamente e nada. Na gaveta de meu criado-mudo encontrei uma cueca que tive de jogar no lixo (que ninguém veio retirar). No terceiro dia novamente esqueceram de arrumar o quarto.

2.5 Nosso quarto não veio equipado com geladeira ou microondas. Tive que pedir um e foi aqui que o puseram no chão. O hotel não tinha estacionamento ou plataforma de estacionamento disponível para seus clientes. Você tem que usar um lote público que é sombreado e 36,00 por dia ou você tem a opção de usar o manobrista pessoal do próprio hotel de 40,00 por dia. O banheiro não estava totalmente limpo. Havia cabelo de um cliente anterior no banheiro. Uma senhora à nossa frente disse que, depois de inspecionar seu quarto, decidiu sair. Não podíamos deixar devido a dirigir. O hotel foi classificado com 4,3. Meu sistema de classificação refletiria 2,5. As camas eram boas. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

This hotel looked perfect but once we checked in and received our room it was not cleaned and the sheets were dirty.We were given another room however there was someone else in the room.It took us almost to midnight to be given a clean room. There were several customers complaint about rooms being dirty as well.The staff was very nice however for the cost of this hotel there should be no problems with tidiness during a pandemic 😷😷

2.5 Our room did not come equipped with a refrigerator or microwave. I had to ask for one and this is where they put it on the floor. The hotel did not have a parking lot or parking deck available for its patrons. You have to use a public lot which is shady and 36.00 per day or you have a option of using the hotels own personal valet of 40.00 per day. The bathroom was not fully clean. There was hair in the bathroom from a previous patron. A lady in front of us said that after inspecting her room she chose to leave. We couldn't leave due to driving in. The hotel was rated a 4.3 . My rating system would reflect a 2.5. Beds were okay. I will not stay here again.

Embora este hotel seja mais antigo e poderia usar algumas atualizações, posso dar-lhe 5 estrelas porque a equipe fez a nossa estadia uma experiência incrível. Perdemos tudo em um incêndio em uma casa e a equipe foi ACIMA e ALÉM para nos ajudar nessa transição. Sheila e Hakeem cuidaram bem de nós. E por isso sou grato!

Although this hotel is older and could use some upgrades I can give it 5 stars because the staff made our stay an awesome experience. We lost everything in a house fire and the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us through this transition. Sheila and Hakeem took good care of us. And for that I am grateful!

Me and my husband stayed here Valentines day and we booked online , however when we arrived they didn't have anymore of the rooms for which we had booked. And we had already driven 4hrs. So we was give a standard queen room and still payed for a king. That morning upon check out we ran into the most wonderful person ever Ms.SHELIA she asked us about our stay and I was honest. She immediately said I'm sorry l can help and that she did. At that time we couldn't book a consecutive night so we booked the following weekend and the stay was amazing. Prompt service from the valet! Great breakfast! And was able to be greeted the next morning from our Valentines day savior 🙏. Definitely will be booking again. Roo. Was clean and fresh smell. She had booked us for the king deluxe and we only paid half price that the way to make things right . She deserves a substantial bonus. She definitely changed our minds. Thanks Ms.Shelia for your outstanding customer service.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. However, housekeeping left a wash towel hanging from the shower curtain that had what looked like pubes intertwined in it. I'd say housekeeping may need to pay a bit more attention to their cleaning routine, also, some of the accent table on the floors are extremely dusty. Other than that we had a great time.

After what was one of the worst rental experiences of my life at an Airbnb, we had to escape early in the morning to a hotel. I wasn’t familiar with the Crown Plaza Hotel, but after having such a wonderful phone conversation with Adrian at the front desk, I knew this was the property for us to seek refuge. Our stay at Crown Royal was divine, each person we encountered more gracious and welcoming than the list. All the members of the front desk team that I came into contact with - Adrian, Sheila, Alexis, and Daniel - all went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The same must be said for the entire valet team, who were courteous, expedient, and helpful. Special thanks to Daniel and the bartender that quenched my craving for soup after the kitchen had closed. Also, the hotel itself was beautiful, in close proximity to some great restaurants, and a quick drive to the airport. This past year has hit us all hard and many in the service industry have suffered especially hard. It was great to have a reminder of why I love traveling and what happens when people truly take pride in what they do. I look forward to my next stay at the Crown Plaza and thank you again to all the members of the staff that made what could have been a terrible start to a new year sheer perfection. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly. Valet stand was easy to find. The rooms are super spacious with excellent views. Note they are building on one side of the building so that may block the view after 2020. See and like the photo. They have a great restaurant on site. The only complaint I have is the doors don’t open to the balcony so there is no balcony. The Next Restaurant was really good, I definitely recommend that! I got the French Dip sliders which were great.
