O hotel em si é bom. As pessoas na recepção, Rob e Candra, foram incríveis. As instalações não são ruins em geral. Sim, um pouco datado e você pode encontrar coisas aqui e ali que simplesmente não estão certas. MAS a RECLAMAÇÃO que tenho não tem nada a ver com o hotel, mas sim com o serviço de quarto. Pedimos uma lasanha de berinjela e com base na foto no menu parece ótimo. Quando chegamos, a porção era metade do que mostrava no menu. Comparar fotos. Também perguntamos sobre pão e água e não recebemos nenhum dos dois. Basicamente, o cara bateu na porta me entregou um saco de comida com um olhar não feliz no rosto e foi embora. Sem palavras... não, desculpe, não oferecemos pão ou água... nada. Novamente o hotel está bem. As pessoas que trabalham lá são ótimas. Butler, a empresa que cuida do restaurante, basicamente... como posso dizer isso... é uma merda. Tínhamos planejado pedir serviço de quarto para o café da manhã nos próximos 3 dias, mas encontraremos outra coisa antes de eu pedir novamente. NÃO DESPERDICE SEU DINHEIRO NO SERVIÇO DE QUARTO!!! A atualização enviou um e-mail para o endereço de suporte e não foi possível entregar. SURPRESA!!!!

Recepcionista muito pouco profissional Jailin. Recusou-se a levar o pacote para um dos hóspedes pegar mais tarde. Eu não tive esse problema com outras recepcionistas antes. Esse é o serviço básico que até um hotel de estrela ofereceria. Também fez 5-6 pessoas esperarem 30 minutos enquanto ele estava no computador fazendo alguma coisa. Entra e sai de sua mesa. Não atende telefone. Metade das pessoas acabou de sair. Não consigo imaginar que alguém volte aqui depois de sua atitude.

The hotel itself is good. The people at the front desk, Rob and Candra, were amazing. The facilities are not bad across the board. Yes a bit dated and you could find things here and there that just aren't right. BUT the COMPLAiNT I have has nothing to do with the hotel but room service. We order an Eggplant lasagna and based in photo on menu looks great. When we got it the portion was half of what it showed on the menu. Compare photos. Also we asked about bread and water and got neither. Basically guy knocked on door handed me bag of food with not happy look on face and walked away. No words... no sorry we don't offer bread or water.. nothing. Again the hotel is fine. The people that work there are great. Butler, the company that handles the restaurant, basically.... how do I say this..... sucks. We had planned on ordering room service for breakfast next 3 days but we will find something else before I ever order from then again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ROOM SERVICE!!! Update sent email to support address and it came back undeliverable. SURPRISE!!!!

Very unprofessional receptionist Jailin. Refused to take package for one of guest to pickup later. I didn't have this problem with other receptionists before. That's basic service even one star hotel would offer. Also made 5-6 people wait for 30 minutes while he was on computer doing something. Goes in and out of his desk. Doesn't pickup phone. Half of people just left. Can't imagine anyone to come back here after his attitude.

Deixe-me explicar por que estou dando ao hotel apenas duas estrelas.O hotel é muito bom uma vez dentro do lobby. Do lado de fora, parece um pouco aparado. Uma vez lá dentro, embora um pouco fora datado, era bom e limpo. A equipe no check-in foi muito simpática e nos fez sentir bem-vindos. O elevador, o corredor novamente um pouco antiquado, mas agradável e limpo, o que me fez olhar para ele.Nosso quarto era agradável e espaçoso. O banheiro fora de moda e o equipamento um pouco degradado.Então, o maior motivo para duas estrelas foi por causa do chuveiro. Queríamos tomar um banho, mas era desagradável. Havia ferrugem no molde dos suportes da barra de sabão na parte inferior das portas e paredes do chuveiro. Bactéria rosa crescendo nas bordas das paredes do chuveiro. Escusado será dizer que não tomamos banho. Eu teria dado ao hotel 4 estrelas de outra forma.

Let me explain why I’m only giving the hotel two stars. The hotel is pretty nice once inside the lobby. From the outside it seems a bit trim down. Once inside although a bit out dated it was nice and clean. The staff at check in was real friendly and made us feel welcome. The elevator, the hallway again a bit out dated but nice and clean which made me over look it. Our room was nice and roomy. The bathroom out dated and the fixture a bit run down. So the biggest reason for two stars was because of the shower. We wanted to take a shower but it was nasty. There was rust on the soap bar holders mold at the bottom of shower doors and walls. Pink bacteria growing on the edges of the shower walls. Needless to say we did not shower. I would have given the hotel 4 stars otherwise.
