“We bought into this resort when it was brand new, just being built. At that time it was absolutely beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, the pools were beautiful, we loved the swim up bar. Fast forward 17 years, the place has become an absolute dump. The staff is extremely uncaring and often times rude. The air conditioner could not be adjusted, there were ants in the kitchen. Our maintenance fees went from $600 to 1000, and now every so many years they double those fees so they can Redecorate. The redecoration is no better than the original. We’ve discovered that time shares in general are a complete rip off. I would never ever recommend this property and we are stuck with it. We have tried to go other places and have found very poor quality in general. Don’t visit this property.”
