Only spent one night. The staff was great... courteous, professional and helpful. The room was comfortable... probably a year or two from a renovation. What set this place apart is the amazing breakfast that's included with your room. This isn't a make your own waffles breakfast...this is a full breakfast with lots of options. A wide variety of breakfast meats an omelette station, fresh cut fruit, pastries and more. I would say it was the best inclusive breakfast I've seen at a hotel. Parking was included as well. The only drawback is the elevators...only two.

Every time I am able to spend time at this location, I am made to feel like I am family! This is a Great place to stay for a day or a week! The staff here is awesome! Always friendly and go out of their way to take care of you!

Para quem viaja muito, este hotel ainda superou minhas expectativas. Serviço no hotel e no restaurante foi o melhor que já vi em anos! Limpo todo, ótimo café da manhã incluído e do outro lado da rua do Santander Arena. A comida do restaurante era 4/5 durante um período muito movimentado, mas a experiência geral no hotel só pode ser descrita como cinco estrelas.

For someone who travels a lot, this hotel still blew away my expectations. Service in the hotel and at the restaurant was the best I've seen in years! Clean all around, great breakfast included, and right across the street from Santander Arena. Restaurant food was a 4/5 during a very busy time, but the overall experience at the hotel can only be described as five star.

Foi o hotel perfeito para o nosso show na arena, que ficava do outro lado da rua. O quarto era fabuloso e a cama era super confortável. A equipe foi muito amigável! Quando voltamos do show às 21h, a equipe do restaurante foi incrível ao reunir todos os funcionários para uma corrida tardia, sorridente e amigável o tempo todo. Toda a comida estava fantástica!! Definitivamente vou voltar!

It was the perfect hotel for our concert at the arena which was right across the street. The room was fabulous and the bed was super comfy. The staff were very friendly! When we returned from the concert at 9p, they the restaurant staff were amazing at pulling all the staff together for a late rush, smiling and friendly the whole time. All the food was fantastic!! Will definitely go back!

Lamento não ter tirado fotos porque é um hotel muito agradável em Reading. Algumas coisas que se destacam como eu estava viajando com a família. O estacionamento é gratuito no deck de estacionamento. O café da manhã é complementar e excelente! Minha família gostou. As instalações são extremamente limpas e a piscina também.O grande destaque é o quão feliz a equipe está. Todos sorrisos e genuinamente muito educados. Até minha esposa apontou.Certifique-se de pegar os biscoitos de chocolate complementares!

Beautiful and well appointed rooms with an industrial flair. Some staff were obviously better than others. Very loud train so pick room on far side of hotel. Great shuttle.

I regret not taking pictures because it is a very nice hotel in Reading. A couple things that standout as i was traveling with family. The parking is free in the parking deck. Breakfast is complementary and excellent! My family liked it. The facility is extremely clean and the pool is nice as well. The big standout is how happy the staff is. All smiles and genuinely very polite. Even my wife pointed it out. Make sure to grab the complementary chocolate chip cookies!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff at this place is so friendly and outgoing that it's contagious. Whether it's the staff in the restaurant making sure you find everything you need or the front desk assisting you with ear plugs, a razor or a late night cookie. The staff also arranged an impromptu birthday party for a young girl who was staying there with each employee coming in that morning with balloons, cookies and cakes for her which totally blew me away. I just can't say enough about this hotel and it's employees and hope my travels bring me back there. Posted. 3/2/22 We had the pleasure of staying here again and had just as much fun the first time we stayed here. It is very convenient with the arena across the street opening back up an just having to cross the street to get to a show. We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner who is one of the nicest and kindest and generous gentleman I have ever met. I don't think I have ever been in a lobby where it is so fun to people watch as you sip a cocktail or wander along the hallway looking at all the beautiful art work they have on the walls. And once again the entire staff were all so friendly and nice whether it was the security guys at night or any of the front desk staff or "Sugar" the nicest woman who I have ever met and who seemingly was the last person I saw at night and the first one I saw in the morning. I don't know where she gets the energy. And finally I feel I should mention just how clean all of the public bathrooms are here whether it was the lobby,gym, pool or outside any of the function rooms, just completely spotless. In another 4 1/2 months we will be going back for a football camp and I am looking forward to it as if I am going to Disney. Love this place.

Morou em Reading por muitos anos e nunca foi tão visitar de fora da cidade no meu fim de semana de aniversário, devo dizer que as pessoas da recepção, o barman, toda a equipe, todos foram simpáticos e muito atenciosos. O café da manhã gratuito estava definitivamente no ponto. Eu definitivamente recomendo este hotel para amigos e familiares. A única coisa que tenho um problema é que nos disseram por telefone e on-line que o check-out era às 12h, mas fomos acomodados para fazer o check-out às 11h30. Atualize suas informações on-line.

Foi um ótimo hotel com uma equipe incrível. Os quartos são ótimos com camas confortáveis, travesseiros, lençóis e cobertores. O café da manhã foi absolutamente incrível com uma grande variedade de opções. O jantar no jantar foi muito bom, mas um pouco caro para os meus padrões.

Lived in Reading for many years and never been so to visit from outta town for my bday weekend, I must say the people from the front desk, to the bartender, to the entire staff, everyone was friendly and very attentive. The free breakfast was definitely on point. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The only thing I have an issue is that we were told via phone and online that check out was at 12 but we were accommodated to check out at 1130am. Please update your online information.

Was a great hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms are great with comfortable beds, pillows, sheets and blankets. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of options. The dine in dinner was very good as well but a little pricey by my standards.

Habitacion super acojedora un poco caro para su lugar se ubicacion (Pero es Hilton) pagas por nombre, el hotel es precioso, la atencion en el buffet dejan mucho que desear y aunque tienen parqueo no les pertenece a ellos por lo tanto tengan cuidado con su ticket de no perderlo.
