Stayed here for 5 nights and very impressed with overall service and facilities. - New hotel so room design is very well thought out. Being a seasoned traveller, I really appreciated the layout of lighting switches, universal plugs, refillable toiletries and water bottle (sustainable in small yet achievable ways) - breakfast buffet had amazing variety, even a fresh salad bar where you can harvest your own leaves! Staff were the most polite and responsive as well - concierge also polite and helpful in answering queries - gym was well equipped and the pool had a nice jacuzzi and view too

Stayed a night midweek. Nicely decorated throughout the hotel. Pool and games room is located on the same floor as the Italian restaurant. Gym was quite sufficient with few thread mills and weights. Did have some issue with hot water supply as it takes patience to wait for the flow to reach. Parking is available at RM5 per entry. Location wise is not bad with link to next door shopping mall. Lastly the breakfast area and spread was great to our delight with the usual local delights and waffles+ice cream. Overall good experience despite no executive lounge or drinks for diamond members.

We arrived near 8pm, and we were greeted warmly by the staff at the reception (sorry, I didn't managed to get their names) The room was spacious & clean. Apart from the warm cookies upon check in, there's a desserts for us in the room. The chocolate tart was divine! We slept soundly that night. Thank you

As of September 2022, it's still brand new. Not that smooth checked in and checked out. Arrived at 3.30pm was told that the room is not ready, but they gave us another room. Went into the room but it has a cigarette smell. If you book the normal guestroom, chances that you will be getting a room that is facing the building next door. That building is way too close to you. You won't feel like winding the curtains open. Privacy felt invaded. Basically the room is okay with a few cons such as the the shower area is very dark, they should put some light in there. The shower door designed also very weird, it is very difficult to open outside (if you are inside showering) no choice but to open inside which the door keep slamming the shower head and the person inside is difficult to get out. There is a game room for kids but is always full with people. The pool sitting area also very small with only 8 sun loungers. Morning breakfast is okay. Variety is good. Hotel guests can validate their parking ticket for RM5 per entry. You can try out the digital key (using your phone as the room key) but you still need to check in via the registration counter.

I had a wonderful experience at Tosca I-City. Both food and service were world-class. The starter was particularly excellent---super fresh mozzarella cheese and produce! I also enjoyed the demonstration of tiramisu assembly at dessert. Our server really added something special to our dessert experience with her clear and friendly explanations. The restaurant ambiance was perfect for dinner---it was quiet enough for a deep conversation, but had enough energy to keep us going late into the night. I would absolutely come again!
