“The staff was just incredible the entire time we were there. Extremely customer oriented and very friendly. Can not say enough nice things about them.
The room was clean and spacious for our needs. There were shuttles to the parks which worked out great. They are once an hour though. We did take advantage of the early entry to the parks which was nice as well.
Some minor nitpicks were the sofa bed was a little worn down and the mattress was thin. However, for the value of the property, it was within expectations.”

“Staff was great. The amenities provided with the room were also great ($30 daily food credit, free shuttle to Disney, 2 complimentary waters daily). We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The rooms were spacious but nothing else about them was good. We had bugs in our kitchen area. Maintenance apparently came up and sprayed for bugs during our stay but we still saw them. Bathrooms are dated. Half the time we did not have hot water in the shower and the sink did not properly drain. The AC also did not work. There is no cool option, it just runs on fan mode. We did not stay in the room much thankfully since we were here to visit Disney. We would not recommend staying here because the rooms were so poor.”
