“Servicio a mejorar, especialmente limpieza de habitaciones.- El primer día no se limpió / preparó la habitación para nuestra llegada- Sin tazas de café, sin kits de cuidado ... sin cepillo de dientes después de que les preguntamos, solo trajeron uno- 2do día la habitación no se limpió, después de preguntar vinieron, pero tuvimos que esperar en el balcón para que terminaran de limpiar ... con lámparas rotas sin luz en el balcón.- Aunque habíamos puesto el cartel de «no molestar» (tenemos un bebé durmiendo la siesta) ... no evitó que sonara el timbre de la puertaEsta era una habitación premium, no puedo imaginar qué habitación estándar es, ¿tal vez en el estacionamiento?No entiendo por qué este hotel tiene 5 estrellas, máximo 3Primera vez Accord Hotel y la última.”

I would like to say thank you for Emad and Nigel they were so friendly and professional. They were preparing amazing smoothies - really must try. Hotel area is big so you can enjoy working around. Room was nice, clean with amazing view.
It was the perfect time and we will definitely come back there again”
