I had a wonderful time in there, Specially considering that I was in quarantine. the staff were really respectful and kind , the food was perfect .breakfast, lunch and dinner were number one.I loved my room's view , it was in front of the ocean .this hotel is truly clean. every thing was perfect except 2 things. the room didn't have a big openable window, it had just a little window that it wasn't enough for getting fresh air . I could not change my room's air, every morning I had a problem like this and also it was strange that the breakfast begins from 8 o'clock it was very late for me :D eventually I am satisfied with every thing and I recommend it to you.

Love this hotel. We always have a great time here. The suites have very small bathrooms just an FYI but the hotel is great!

Not exactly what we had in mind for a luxury hotel. Reminds us if the Empress Hotel in Victoria, reminiscent 18th century architecture. No smart devices throughout so for us who have lived in Asia for so long, it took us sometime to get used to. Room was very spacious though. In fact, it's one of the biggest room we had been to travelling around the world. Maybe we were given a bigger room? (We booked via hotels.com and it was 600 dollars but it was the only type of room it had then). The hotel is located in the core downtown Vancouver and we were able to visit most of the attractions in downtown on our list in two days. Friendly and accommodating staff, and showed us ways around the downtown core. No complaints here whatsoever. Parking was a bit expensive though !
