“Have been coming here every year one or twice for a long time. The resort experience is great. Lots of activities and amenities. Staff are really friendly and even get to know returning guests. I really like the rustic building from the log walls to the wonderful retro elevators. All of the restaurants are great to eat at. Rooms are clean and comfortable.”

“Hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly. However, staff is misinformed. Before booking my stay I called fairmont hotel and asked them what activities were opened. They specifically told me that the pool was open and the kayaks were available. When i got there, the staff at the front desk told me the kayaks are not yet available, and the pool is only open on the weekend. Very disappointed.”
