It was truly a wonderful experience, the only reason for the 4-Star rating is because we couldn’t use the pool the whole time we were there. Oh the pool needs a filter, oh the manager says it’s closed for maintenance. Also the pool is kind of green looking so I can understand if it needed a filter. That’s no reason to fully close the pool during the hottest time of the year. Otherwise we had an excellent time, who needs a pool when you have the ocean right outside the door. Awesome it was placed perfect, Murdoch and the pleasure pier along with Bubba Gump shrimp company all right there. Could not ask for a better spot. Just wish the pool been able to be used. We will definitely be staying here again. Hopefully next time I can give a full 5-Stars if the pool is open & operational. Yes the hotel was under a little bit of construction but that has never bothered me as long as the rooms are in decent order. The wife and I were down there for our end of the summer vacation to wrap up the summer vacation season with a bang. We will definitely be staying here next year.

I absolutely would never recommend this hotel. Aside from being tacky and poorly built it’s expensive for what appears like a motel from the inside. so if you don’t want something expensive don’t come. If you want something luxurious don’t come. Because this hotel is both expensive and isn’t even considered luxurious. I will never stress enough how our room had rust in the bathrooms, the bathrooms wouldn’t close, and the windows had no clear view. Also NO ONE came to clean, which is the bare minimum. I’m usually not the type to write reviews or complain but this facility has given me all the right to be frustrated. it’s ridiculous to pay $750 and still not get inclusive breakfast at some shabby hotel. As well as get attitude from the staff once you ask them if it comes with breakfast. They really are trying to make you pay. And don’t get me started on the staff. they kept constantly asking us to pay once they served us and would keep coming to ask if we were ready to pay. Once we left we assumed all the inconveniences would be over. But once again we randomly got charged $50 to our card. And we call and of course their manager is never there. Some people really don’t have the money to have $50 charged out of nowhere. We could’ve easily gotten a better hotel or cheaper elsewhere. All I can ask from this hotel is to stop taking advantage of people and make people pay what should be paid. It’s completely outrageous to charge $50 right when we’re gone and can’t come confront you face to face. I hope more people call out this place for what it is.

I have a hard time believing that Sheraton would let this hotel use their name. The hotel is under construction and it doesn't say that anywhere on the website. We paid $553.00 for a 2 night stay. It was about 400. Too much. The room was not clean. The furniture was all banged up and didn't close properly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The duvet was stained and torn. No coffee pot or ice bucket. No cups or glasses of any kind. No clock or clock radio. No curtain. There was a pull down shade... it was torn. The hot breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broke. The pool needed cleaned. The grounds needed cleaned.
