“Rich the GM was unbelievably helpful when helping me find my lost pair of flip flops at the resort. After speaking with several staff members that lead me to dead ends, he personally looked into my problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. I can't thank him enough for his help with this because it totally changed my entire experience. He took my experience for a 1-star to a 5-star in a matter of minutes, and I respect so much the confidence he has in his team and their professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a world class experience while staying in Scottsdale. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with!”
