Overall my stay was very enjoyable, my complaints were very minimal that made me feel it was a tad overpriced. Their rooftop had a great view with fire stands to enjoy with pretty good cocktails. The art gallery was nice too. I do wish the food service was available a little later, and a pool would really be the icing on the cake.

The customer Service was excellent, the rooms were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, the picture on the wall looked really demonic but they were kind enough to cover it though someone else may enjoy the art work it just wasn't for me I enjoyed the art gallery and it was walking distance to everything we needed.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. It's a great location, and the room was cozy and clean. We particularly loved the bed, which was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. The room was always pretty quiet too. We also had a great time doing the wine blending. I definitely recommend adding that to your experience if you are there over the weekend. You'll learn a little about wine and go home with a bottle or two! We also dined at Eleve on the top floor several times, and the food and service were excellent. A shout out to Josh, who was our breakfast server each day and was great!

Awful and stressful experience, I got paid vacations from my work at this hotel allegedly being amazing. Beautiful for sure. When I checked in front desk asked for my card saying “just to run the deposit”, noticed a day after they run my card for 2250 (the total stay+deposit); I go with this to front desk saying that this was already payed, why they using my card to run the whole thing? Told me that the card that was on file was only for the reservation?? and they charged everything on my credit card without even telling me the amount! Made everything super complicated, had to sent a letter from my work place for the credit card authorization and MY credit card still gonna have a $2250 pending until check out (money I was counting on this vacations) amazing ;) Be aware of what they charge you!

This facility is in a great location and convenient to King St. The neighborhood felt safe. We utilized the valet parking. The building is clean, the front desk staff professional and the decor pleasing. Our room on the second floor was quiet and spacious. I need to take a star off for the following reasons. First there was some mildew in the shower as well as hair. The shower is enormous and probably a pain in the neck for housekeeping. The rest of the room was spotless. If the manager is reading this, let housekeeping know to spray bleach along the grout below the shower door in room 208. Also it’s a little surprising there is no Smart tv. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a Marriott that didn’t have one considering how many people use streaming services. Lastly, we had breakfast at the upstairs restaurant and they served tepid coffee. We asked them to bring out hot coffee. I shouldn’t have to ask for hot coffee in an Autograph hotel.
