Muito complicado se você chegar de carro. O estacionamento fica a 300 metros da entrada do hotel que fica numa rua muito apertada. O lugar é muito limpo e muito bem cuidado mas os quartos são apertados. A conexão à internet funciona precariamente. O atendimento é muito bom.

Personal de recepción muy amable.Hotel bien situado para hacer visitas a pie. A 15 minutos de la zona comercial de Sierpes y 25 de la Catedral. Renovado recientemente y con el gusto habitual de la cadena H10. Han hecho lo que han podido con los espacion que un edificio antiguo y las normas de renovacion de construcción del ayuntamiento les permitían; resultando habitaciones en su mayor parte bastante pequeñas y cuartos de baño con muy poco espacio.Hemos tenido habitaciones de las muy espaciosas y de las normales dando al patio por expresa petición nuestra.Para una estancia corta se perdonan las molestias de esa falta de espacio poniéndolas en la balanza con su tranquilidad (si das al patio) , su decoración de partes comunenes,la situación y amabilidad.

PROS: Location: about 3-5 minutes walk from Cote Ingles (City Center). Room Tariff: One bedroom studio- I’m very happy for the price of this room. Cleanliness: Refurbished rooms so yes still clean ( not perfect but satisfactory) and the wall decor are neutral. Breakfast: €16 reasonable with hot food available. Bathroom & Toilet: Towels, plus robe and pair of slippers.Shampoo , conditioner and body wash ( refillable and environmental friendly) Minibar: Available with a cost Nespresso machine is available but they only provide 4 pods. CONS: Staff should acknowledge the people soon they arrived with luggage, lacking. A boutique hotel which does not provide a free bottle of water. Water with lemon and mint from the reception area only. Pool: not very clean. I won’t suggest to have a deep in there. Pickpockets in the area operating by gang. Don’t get distracted and don’t engage to anyone asking for directions. OVERALL EXPERIENCED : Highly recommended. Will definitely visit them again. I’ll score them 5 if they provided the room with complimentary water and acknowledgement of their guests upon arrival.

One of the best hotel in whole town of Seville. Centrally located with good architecture, staffs are really helpful in getting you a customed with the town in telling you which all places you should must go other than the normal city tour.

Mis padres han estado 4 días, el Hotel de maravilla, tanto habitaciones, como la parte de la entrada. Desayuno excelente y el personal de 10. Los han tratado de una forma excelente. Lo recomendamos 100%. La ubicación estupenda

Lovely hotel. Newly renovated and a perfect location. Slept so well in a sublimely comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and staff obliging. I have a lactose intolerance and my scrambled eggs were especially cooked without dairy. All hotel staff helpful and charming. We could walk to most places of interest in no time. Left our car in the garage, which was great. Recommend highly. Book directly with the Hotel for a better rate, avoid the booking Agencies.

Excelente hotel boutique en el casco histórico de Sevilla. Habitaciones muy cómodas y completas. Vienen con cafetera Nespresso. Te reciben con una copa de cava, y te dan una copa de bienvenida para disfrutar durante tu estadía en el bar del hotel. Desayuno buffet completo. I loved our recent stay in this hotel, a hidden gem, check in easy with cava on arrival, staff friendly & helpful, the room were very clean and equipped with everything needed, quiet at night, thick towels and bathrobes with complimentary slippers, lovely toiletries, Nespresso coffee replenished daily, very stylish throughout and the breakfast was superb some of the best choice I've ever had. Easy walking distance to barsrestaurants, city centre and all the wonderful sights Sevilla has to offer. I was sad to leave we had a wonderful trip and i can highly recommend as well as other H10 hotels:)

Hotel muy recomendable, Personal cualificado y siempre disponible. Habitaciones limpias, estructura de diseño, muy céntrico. Están disponibles para cualquier necesidad del cliente. Desayuno recomendado. La única nota negativa es que me dejé un par de zapatos en la habitación a propósito por la falta de capacidad de la maleta. Una vez en Italia me di cuenta de que había dejado un segundo par de zapatos; Llamé a la recepción y me dijeron que no se había encontrado ningún par de zapatos, aunque era consciente de que había uno en la habitación en el momento de mi salida. Volvería a alojarme allí, pero sólo llevaría un par de zapatos cómodos comprados con antelación.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es genial, muy atentos y preocupados en ofrecer el mejor de los servicios, desde la recepción, camareros y el personal de limpieza, maravillosos todos. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo muy limpio. Los amenities geniales. La ropa de baño muy bien, con sus toallas y albornoz. El desayuno es un complemento que merece la pena pagar o incluir en la propia reserva. Sin duda repetiré. Espero que no cambien y que solo sea a mejor. Felicidades al equipo humano de este hotel.

Es un hotel pequeñito pero que tiene todo lo necesario. Especial mención al personal de recepción, ya que fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho con cualquier duda que tuvimos. Otra cosa que me gustó mucho, (quizá lo que más) fue el desayuno.Merece la pena hacer la reserva de hotel + desayuno ya que tienen mucha variedad de comida y además de calidad. Los camareros muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento, cosa que se agradece.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, la cama y la habitación en general es muy cómoda y el personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. Queda muy cerca al Centro y en los alrededores hay muchos sitios para comer o tomar algo. Reciben con una copa de cava y la mejor actitud del personal de recepción. Todo es muy limpio y cuidado, el área de comida amplia y cómoda y el desayuno variado y delicioso. Volvería sin duda. Recomendado

Excelente hotel, sem dúvida um dos melhores em que ficamos em Espanha. Os funcionários são de uma simpatia extrema e o pequeno-almoço excepcional. O hotel é extremamente bem decorado!O único ponto negativo foi o facto de não sabermos que tínhamos de pagar o parque do carro (20€ por dia). Só fomos informados no dia do check-out, aquando do pagamento.Adorámos e iremos com certeza voltar 😊
