Ubicado estratégicamente (al menos para mis necesidades). Muy silencioso, cómodo y agradable. habitación amplia (ahí se va a dormir, no a montar una fiesta). El desayuno es lo suficientemente variado como para cubrir todos los gustos. Volveré.

Sou portuguesa hospedada neste hotel em Madrid. Hotel sem segurança alguma. Fui roubada dentro do próprio hotel. Levaram a minha bolsa com tudo lá dentro. Hotel não mostrou qualquer preocupação. Descartaram literalmente qualquer responsabilidade. Afirmo que um hóspede que esteja ali, não tem qualquer tipo de segurança visto que o restaurante /bar está aberto ao público(resposta dada pelos próprios funcionários do hotel). Tenho conhecimento que sou a segunda pessoa a quem isto acontece. Já lá fiquei algumas vezes e está foi a última.não recomendo de todo este hotel.

Buenas tardes, Hemos asistido unos amigos y yo a la zona de restauración con previa reserva y hemos recibido una pésima atención por parte de Jesús.Increíblemente despreciable el trato hacia nosotros por ser jóvenes, ya que observamos cómo se comporta con el resto de clientes de mayor edad. A los hechos me remito, pedimos nuestras consumiciones como el resto de asistentes y decide no ponernos ni un mísero aperitivo; por no hablar de la insistencia posteriormente para pedir algo para cenar, cuando nosotros aún no queríamos hacerlo.Me parece realmente vergonzo y espero que se tomen medidas.Gracias de antemano y disculpen las molestias.

Very nice hotel, and a very good location. Only the price of the breakfast was a bit much regarding the price you pay already for 1 night. But overall, very good hotel and a friendly staff.

Fuimos en invierno, y seguramente repitamos cuando tengamos que ir a Madrid. Aunque el hotel tenga sus años está cuidado y el precio es adecuado y moderado para la calidad. Como pequeñas cosas que marcan la diferencia para bien... la cama grande y cómoda, la habitación con temperatura adecuada al llegar incluso el suelo, muy buena limpieza (dejamos propina a limpieza, excelente, a diario), ducha a temperatura perfecta, buffet bueno para los fan de desayunar en hotel. En general tranquilo y decorado de forma atractiva (según gustos). A mejorar... insonorización... estábamos en la habitación nada más salir del ascensor. Se escuchaban todas las maletas y todas las conversaciones de los huéspedes al llegar y salir.De hotel al exterior es adecuada, de puertas a pasillo inexistente. Igualmente descansamos muy bien debido a que la mayoría de clientes ese fin de semana respetaron las horas de sueño y descanso pero es un punto que intentaría solucionar.Extra: Reservar por la página web del hotel. Ambas partes nos ahorramos cargar con gastos de intermediarios y quizás podáis optar a un descuento extra. Además podréis hacer check-in antes de llegar en el avión o el tren y ahorraros la toma de datos al llegar.

Me encanta. La recepción invita a quedarte un rato allí, bien sea leyendo de su variopinta biblioteca, bien sea tomando algo. El personal és amable. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con un diseño moderno y apacible. Es ideal para las estancias en Madrid.

Recomendable 100%. El trato del personal estupendo, muy amable el señor que nos atendió en la recepción. La habitación muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Muy buena ubicación. Repetiremos sin duda.

The hotel is nicely located, has spacious rooms and good food. Breakfast is a bit boring if you stay longer and one of the ladies at the reception was a bit rude.

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed more! Check-in was done in less than a minute. Super clean room with a fancy feeling. Bed are very comfortable. Even though it is on a busy street, it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was worth the price. So much variety, and a self service coffee machine. Check out was done in a matter of seconds. Will come back.
