O Hotel eh confortável como TD Hilton.Atendimento na recepção bom,porém a parte de alimentação eh péssima.Senfo um hotel de aeroporto,longe de tudo o restaurante tem preços altos e comida sofrível,existe um café que fechaas sete da noite e a atendente fica lá olhando pra sua cara sem dizer que está fechado,aí vc pede dois cafés ela responde bem estúpida não vê que estamos fechados.Nao recomendo esse hotel , pelo preço deixa muito a desejar

Super fácil de chegar quando você desembarcou muito tarde. Caminhe diretamente para o hotel.Apesar da proximidade do aeroporto, nunca ouvimos um único avião ou sinal de tráfego. Paz incrível e uma noite de sono repousante depois de viajar.A equipe foi atenciosa e super amigável. Agradecimentos especiais à equipe do capitão Bell que segurou nossas malas enquanto caminhávamos pela cidade. Eles até nos mostraram como dar ao motorista do Uber uma localização melhor para encontrar a porta da frente do hotel sem atrasar o motorista ou nós.A cama era tão confortável que realmente dormimos pela primeira vez em muito tempo.Estadia agradável e um preço muito justo….

Great hotel with super friendly staff.The hotel is well kept and the room I stayed in was very clean and we'll maintained which is impressive for such a busy place.Restaurant and bar are also lively and has very good food and friendly staff.The walk way to the terminals is also a very nice touch and extremely convenient.

This is a very nice hotel. Very convenient, especially for Delta travelers. I’ve stayed here a few times never used room service, I was about to but never will. Room service is a money grab of significant proportions. The charges are outrageous - photo attached. First to note is that the MA sales tax is 6.25%, not seven. The last little gem, beside all the nail grinding administrative fees,is that all these fees and taxes EXCLUDE GRATUITY. So another 18-20%!Hilton this is inexcusable. Let’s do the math: the Build it Better Burger -$21. $3.78 for service charge, plus $1.47 for sales tax, plus $1.05 for admin fee, plus $6 delivery charge plus tip of 18% comes to another $3.78. Grand total= $37.08. A 76.5% up charge on a simple burger. Ridiculous.

Super easy to get to when you’ve landed really late. Walk directly to the hotel. Despite to the closeness to the airport, we never heard a single plane or hint of traffic. Amazing peace and a restful nights sleep after traveling. Staff was attentive and super friendly. Special thanks to the Bell captain staff who held our bags while we walked the city. They even showed us how to give the Uber driver a better location to find the hotel front door without delaying the driver or us. The bed was so comfortable we actually slept in for the first time in a long time. Nice stay and a very fair price….

Is the price worth it? In my opinion yes. Reason… it was exactly what I wanted, super fast to get from my flight in to the hotel. They have a good bar and restaurant, so didn’t have to go out again after a long flight. My only complaint… they didn’t have the golf channel in the room… they did however have the US Open on in the bar. 😁

hospedado aqui pernoite cortesia de Delta. Teve uma ótima estadia. Amei o quarto e o atendimento. Academia tinha um ótimo layout e muitos equipamentos. O serviço de transporte de José foi excelente. Comida cara. 5 mi. caminhar para o aeroporto. Melhor opção de você precisar de um lugar para ficar e pegar um voo cedo.

Ótima localização. Excelentes vistas do horizonte. Quartos espaçosos agradáveis. Boas opções de refeições.A equipe da recepção não foi muito amigável. (Me pediu para dar uma avaliação de 10 estrelas, pois ele supostamente me fez um favor ao me atualizar, embora com meu status, seja elegível para atualizações gratuitas) As comodidades do quarto eram limitadas. Sem lavagem do corpo. Toalhas limitadas.

Stayed here overnight courtesy of Delta. Had a great stay. Loved the room and service. Gym had a great layout and plenty of equipment. Shuttle service by Jose was excellent. Food pricey. 5 mi. walk to airport. Best option of you need a place to stay and catch an early flight.

Not good for international arrivals. No room service after midnight and also no food delivery services anywhere nearby. It might be an appealing choice if you are coming in late, but given that (despite it's proximity to the airport) you have to take a shuttle to get there, you are better off going into the city. Otherwise it is a standard, clean, airport hotel, but definitely not worth the location-specific monopoly prices they charge.

Great location. Great skyline views. Nice spacious rooms. Nice dining options. Reception staff wasn't too friendly. (Asked me to give it a 10 star review, as he supposedly did me a favor by upgrading me, although with my status, am eligible for free upgrades) Amenities in the room were limited. No body wash. Limited towels.

Pretty good example of an airport hotel. Well-soundproofed, spacious rooms, good restaurants and amenities. Friendly and helpful bell staff. Excellent shuttle service to airport terminals, rental cars, and transit stop. Direct walking connection to Terminals A and E, but it’s a good hike. Only one downside to my stay: hotel does not offer room-service breakfast.

Nos quedamos tirados porque TAP airlines nos canceló el vuelo de regreso. Por la hora que era no habia mas opciones que quedarnos a dormir en este hotel o en el aeropuerto así que a tope. Nos costó la torta un pan, el hotel no està mal pero no tiene nada especial. Muy limpio y las camas son comodas.
