Hotel 5 estrelas tratamento de 3. Não houve cordialidade na retirada das bagagens, tive que carregar a bagagem de 5 pessoas por todo hotel. Quartos sem comodidades, sem frigobar, vista da cidade do 5 andar prejudicada. Dignos de um 3 estrelas padrão Inn. Hotel de convenções, ou seja um bando de gente, vc e sua família não terão muita paz. Torre Norte muito longe da recepção.

Vamos pra cima Brasil, viajar é bom! Ficar hospedada no Hilton foi incrível... O hotel é o melhor da região... acesso à praia, acesso particular e com uma vista do quarto incomparável. O preço também foi ótimo, comparado aos demais da região vale a pena se hospedar por um ou dois dias para conhecer. Eu voltaria lá e indico a hospedagem é de alto nível !

Room was discusting.Pubic hair in shower, on bathroom floor. Shower had moldy tiles. Sink took forever to drain. Low water pressure. Valet parking told me they couldn't park my truck in hotel garage parking although there were several similar vehicles in garage. Had to park down the street in an unsecured lot for which I was charged $25 by the hotel. Not at all happy with this Hilton. Would not recommend

The staff were super nice.. The rooms could use some updating for the price, but i can say we had a great time during our stay.. Don Rico's great food and the best Chips and Salsa i have ever tasted!!

Yeah. This place is pretty stunning. Kind of what you expect from a Hilton on Daytona Beach. Jorika checked me in. She was full of personality. The room views are breathtaking. Be prepared to spend some money - it is a Hilton on the beach, for goodness sake. I don't like the hefty room daily deposit? What is that about? I paid for 3 rooms. Whatever.

The parking is horrible at this hotel.I wanted valet parking,but I have a pickup.They do not have valets parking for pickup trucks , at this hotel... The self parking lot is just about 1/2 mile and two major roads to crossover from the Hilton entrance.On top of this they charge$25 a day for self parkingand the lot was full one night.I had to park on the street. If you are old or can't walk good and have a truck,I wouldn't stay here..

1. Two of the four elevators were not operational for all but the last day of my stay. The problem this created was large groups of people close to each other in both the lobby area around the elevators AND inside the elevators themselves. Everyone is aware by now that the Covid Omicron variant is a huge concern for the population, and while I'm fully vaccinated and healthy and not concerned for myself, that elevation situation over those 2-3 days had to be a super spreader event.2. The hotel was dated and in need of renovation. If the elevators were in similar state of upkeep as the guest rooms and bathrooms, this would explain why 2 of the 4 were broken.3. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking staff and luggage assistance staff was NOT so friendly. One older gray haired gentleman working the valet parking gave me a negative comment under his breath when I didn't tip him. I didn't have any cash on me during this trip and I shouldn't have to feel bad about that.4. My son has a allergy to dog hair. We've stayed at many pet friendly hotels before with no problem. He developed a severe reaction at this hotel, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.5. No, I will not be staying here ever again.

It's a beautiful hotel 🏨 the location is very convenient. I had a great experience with the Front Desk staff; they are welcoming and kind, ready to make your stay great. With full access to the ocean, we have an oceanfront room; it's magical sleeping with the waves’ sound. The only thing to improve is the size of their king bed.

The Hilton is beautiful on the outside however the rooms are pretty average. They don't have microwaves and they seem plain.. But the staff was kind and they made sure we were taken care of. Its a massive hotel. The valet was phenomenal and I commend them for hosting our large groups

Great location and lots to do in walking distance.Stayed in cabana rooms and think this would be a great spot for families with young kids.Parking is a bit tough and valet gets backed up when busy.Plenty of food options inside and did not think it was dirty or terribly dated like many of the bad reviews.

Wow! What a fabulous way to start 2022! The beautiful beach scenery was so relaxing. Ocean front is definitely the way to go! Everyone on staff here is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is top notch. Joreeka checked us in and made our daughter's birthday feel so special. The food and drinks are fantastic. We are looking forward to our next Daytona Beach get away.

Reserve una muy buena habitación y cuando llego ahí me cambian a otra q jamás pediría, mi esposo y yo estamos muy enojados e incómodos por este servicio y la persona q nos atendió en la recepción no fue tan nice. Solo son dos noches y por eso reservé con tiempo, ahora mismo me quedaré pero en lo personal jamás vuelvo a reservar en este hotel . Además se ve no muy agradable todo empezando desde el pasillo donde nos toco la habitación así q no lo recomiendo y debería tener cero estrellas…..

Nice place to stay. Hilton is supposed to be synonymous with high quality and high standards. I feel this property fell slightly short of expectations. This resort charges a $25 resort fee in addition to $25 per day to self park across the street or $35 valet. This Labor Day weekend seems to have overwhelmed the check in staff as there was a line of 50+ cars trying to check in and 50+ people on Friday evening. Room smelled musty. Shower hardly drained. Exactly one coffee cup provided and phone to call front desk or guest services didn’t work. Low def TV. However, Location is great although there are many homeless people and panhandlers in the area. Typical of beach town I suppose. Pool area needs showers to rinse sand when retiring from beach. Bathroom needs vent/exhaust fan. No microwave.

We had a great time at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort! Our room was super clean with a beautiful view. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Stan at the Front Desk and Jaime, our server at Don Rico's. The food at Don Rico's was excellent as well. I had the Crab Cake with Florida Bread and it was beyond delicious!! Full of crab meat and wonderful flavor! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!

El hotel muy bueno pero las habitaciones no están en correspondencia con el precio no sé si será por la temporada, rentamos una habitación con vista al mar y al final nos dieron una habitación con vista a una azotea. Te cobran por un servicio que ni siquiera te dan lo rentamos por Booking.com y nos cobraron $80 extra prometiendo que lo devolvían y al final nunca lo hicieron

Hay que hacer una reestructuración completa de la logística y mantenimiento del hotel. En épocas de eventosque se realizan en el Convention localizado frente asus instalaciones, Desdela llegada hasta la salida es un verdadero karma. El estacionamiento congestionado para descargar el equipaje; la entrada a registrarse y la salida conuna enorme fila. Hay un Sr sumamente amable que trata de agilizar la logística del equipaje para y desde las habitaciones,pero no fluye a pesar de su gran esfuerzo. Es mejor pedir el ala nueva porque las habitaciones que están por el edificio del lobby son viejas y pequeñas.Deberían remodelar todo el hotel y modernizarlo. Para mas colmo no posee estacionamiento y debe pagarse 20 dolares diarios

Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready but we were able to have our bags stored while we visited the beach. During checkin I was having an issue with my confirmation but the manager was so helpful she took great care of my husband and I. The room we booked was unavailable fit two nights so she upgraded our room! This was such a nice upgrade and we appreciate her for this. Our room Was beautiful and had the best view on the terrace. Beds are comfy and the care package in our suite made us feel so welcome! Only con In room was the bathroom due to its smaller size. There is extra vanity space but I feel that would be great bathroom space if joined. Pool was nice and hot tub area. The beach is right out your window and only a walk away. We enjoyed the bar and steakhouse also (though pretty pricey). The wine was great and we enjoyed our server Tory. Thanks Hilton!

I would like to say that the hotel is really nice and accommodating, but we come for the staff! My 6 yr old daughter and I frequent this hotel for leisure, we love hanging out at the hotel in our ocean view room and it’s not the hotel itself that keeps us coming back. It’s the outstanding service from the special workers that have made us feel like family. They’re so excited to see us and praise the little one every time they see her. She love it here and so we drive an 1hr and 18 min just about every weekend, since late August 2020. From the young lady at check in, I believe her name is Tiffany. To the ladies and gentlemen in food service Ana, Gabe, Peter, Tina and Danielle. They’re all the best of the best! They have shown us so much love every time we come for breakfast lunch or dinner. McKenzie’s (my daughter) favorite girl is Mariam, this one has gone over and beyond for my little girl. She calls her princess McKenzie from day one and has been the ultimate sweetheart every encounter. She is absolutely unbelievable! I’m a very happy patron and our money is very well spent here. We also love the staff in the steakhouse. We are on first name basis now. ❤️
