“Check in was at 3 pm. The small group of us came to the hotel at 4:30 pm. Both rooms were NOT ready. We were told to wait 10-15 minutes and they would be ready. Thirty minutes later, we were told that one, yes only one room was ready and that they weren't sure when the other one would be ready. So, all of us but one went to that one room that was ready and on their way to it, they went by the room that we were waiting on and there was no housekeeping there. My group called me to tell me that and to just come up since it would be awhile. I did just that and at 5:30 pm, we finally received the key to the second room...over 2 and a half hours after check in. While waiting, we asked for a manager only to be told that she wasn't there and she would be there sometime between 8 am-5 pm the next day. When checking out at 9:30 am the next day, we were told that she wasn't there. I expect more from a Hilton and I will not be staying at this one again. The front desk clerk was very rude and seemed to have no clue of what was going on.”

“This is a gorgeous hotel. Mostly everything was clean. There was hair in the shower and on the batchroom floor. I wiped it out of the shower/tub becuase I wanted to use it right away. The water pressure was awesome. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby by the fire. There was also one outside but it was kind of crowded. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and nice. The pillows were somehow squishy but hard at the same time and all four of us agreed we didn't like them. All in all I would stay here again but would bring my own pillow next time.”
