O hotel originalmente reservado o Hampton Inn em I-91 para muito menor tarifa. Mas devido a falta de comunicação, essa tarifa não estava disponível na chegada, depois de dirigir 3 horas para chegar lá. Em seguida, fomos para o Hilton Garden Inn e também não conseguimos essa tarifa mais baixa. O que acrescentou insulto à injúria foi o quarto e o corredor em que estávamos cheirando a maconha. Quando liguei para a recepção, a resposta foi que é legal em Massachusetts. Mas o hotel diz que é uma instalação para não-fumantes!!! Foi um esforço para convencer a equipe a nos mudar para outro quarto. Eu definitivamente não me senti bem-vindo em nenhuma das propriedades. Estamos programados para ficar em outra propriedade Hilton em estado diferente em menos de 2 semanas. Algo que talvez tenhamos que reconsiderar... Anteriormente um cliente fiel do Hilton....Jon

O quarto deveria ser um rei, chegamos lá e eles nos trocaram para camas queen size sem que pedíssemos e então eles não tinham mais reis sobrando. Quarto em si era bom e limpo. A banheira foi apoiada. Mas a verdadeira decepção foi o café da manhã. Minha família ficou uma hora esperando para ser atendida. O garçom foi reconhecido 3 vezes. Nós finalmente saímos. Não tome café da manhã se você for ignorar as pessoas. Não fomos os únicos a reclamar de serem ignorados.

Minha estadia foi boa, esperava mais de um hotel com uma diária tão cara. Os quartos eram principalmente limpos. E eu gostei da piscina e banheira de hidromassagem. O hotel em si é muito bonito. Embora eu sinta que os próprios quartos estão desatualizados. As camas não são confortáveis. Os lençóis e travesseiros são maravilhosos, mas o colchão machucava minhas costas e era muito rígido e fino. Banheiro era padrão. Tetos descascando um pouco. Etc. Serviu ao seu propósito, mas não voltarei a este local.

My stay was okay, I was expecting more from a hotel with such an expensive nightly rate. The rooms were mostly clean. And I liked the pool and hot tub. The hotel itself is very pretty. Although I do feel that the rooms themselves are outdated. The beds are NOT comfortable. The sheets and pillows are wonderful, but the mattress hurt my back and it was very rigid and thin. Bathroom was standard. Ceilings peeling a bit. Ect. It served its purpose but I won’t be coming back to this location.

We originally booked the Hampton Inn across I-91 for a much lower rate. But due to miscommunication, that rate was not available upon arrival, after driving 3 hours to get there. We then went to the Hilton Garden Inn and we're also unable to get this lower rate. What added insult to injury, was the room and hallway we were staying in smelled of marijuana. When I called the desk, their response was it's legal in Massachusetts. But the hotel does say it's a non-smoking facility!!! It was an effort to convince the staff to move us to another room. I definitely did not feel welcome at either property. We are scheduled to stay at another Hilton property in different state in less than 2 weeks. Something we may have to reconsider... Formerly a loyal Hilton client.... Jon

Room was supposed to be a king, we got there and they switched us to queen beds without us requesting and then they didn’t have anymore kings left. Room itself was nice and clean. Tub was backed up. But the real disappointment was breakfast. My family sat for an hour waiting to be served. The waiter was acknowledged 3 times. We finally left. Don’t have breakfast if you are going to ignore people. We weren’t the only ones complaining about being ignored.

I've hospedado em muitos hotéis ao longo dos anos - aeroportos incluídos - e nunca teve uma experiência miserável em um hotel. An absolutely terrible experience.My expectation of a hotel is to have a clean, comfortable and quiet room.Most hotels I've stayed at over the year have met these three expectations.The Hilton Garden in Springfield, MA did not.Yep, it was clean.But the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable.I'd bet both are original equipment.May as well not even had pillows.Flat as a pancake.And the noise!!Super thin walls.All we heard all night was motorcycles and cars going by - very loudly -in the street below.Yep, there was a highway adjacent to the hotel.That wasn't the issue.We even heard someone next door getting up in the middle of the night - multiple times to go to the bathroom.The band playing 5 stories below could be heard plain as day as well.I've stayed in many hotels over the years - airport locations included - and have never had such a miserable experience at a hotel.Why / how they could build a hotel with what appears to be zero soundproofing is beyond me.I will say the staff was great.From arrival to departure, all interactions with them was top notch.I called down to the front deskto switch rooms and was told they were full.She was very pleasant, but there was nothing she could do.Not her fault, of course.Needless to say, I won't be staying a a Hilton Garden again.I'd have to guess they are all built to the same standard.

Beds are rickety and the sheets are cheap. Be weary of the hotel's "100% smoke free" claim--because it's not remotely close to true. Cigarette and cannabis haze wafted through the hallway and infiltrated my room at all hours of the night and early morning; enough to irritate and disrupt sleep. Bathroom was mediocre; shower was dirty. At the price point this place demands, a superior experience could certainly be had elsewhere. Also, breakfast isn't free.Wish I had gone to the Sheraton nearby. Otherwise, a pretty central and accessible location right across from the Basketball Hall of Fame.

My room was neat and clean, and the staff was super helpful and personable! The morning breakfast waitress, Lake, was super nice and on top of her orders and kept our cups full! The location was easy for me to get to after a long drive, and since I typically like to Stat at Hilton hotels, the team here only reinforces my choice! I didn't make use of the gym this time around, but definitely got in so.e pool time in both the pool and the hot tub! This made for a good night's sleep!

Uh. Fairly mediocre accommodations, to be honest. There didn't appear to be a fan in the bathroom, so that was kind of a bummer. The staff was mostly reasonable. It was frustrating that a free breakfast option wasn't available, but I understand that that's not an individual hotel's decision, usually. The proximity to the Hall of Fame was great. Reasonable enough proximity to the casino, though there are certainly other hotels that are closer. Parking was easy, so there's that.

Espléndido lugar, bien tranquilo y muy buen servicio. Deberían ofrecer un desayuno Continental. Porque pagar 12 dólares por un desayuno enorme no la hace.
