“Excelente hotel. Confortável, quartos limpos e arrumados. Necessidades de banho sofisticadas. Cafeteira no quarto. Serviço de buffet no café da manhã por 195 pesos completo ou 175 continental.”

“This is not easy to get 1 star, but it's important to note why. Be your own judge of the stars based on their service.
1) the restaurant "ran out of food" before I arrived at 12:30 (lunch). Said to come back in a couple hours.
2) the pool "hasn't been cleaned in a while so you cant use it. Maybe we will clean it tomorrow"
3) came back for dinner. Waited 25 minutes for a menu to be brought out. After another 20 I knocked on the kitchen door to get them to come take my order. The entire time I didn't get asked if I wanted a drink, I had to come to the kitchen to ask for refills.
4) my room had a coffee maker with no coffee. The front desk said they didn't have any to give me. They also had no bottled water. I went to sleep thirsty and woke up tired.
This was the worst Hilton I've ever been to, and completely out of character for their hotel chain.”
