“From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, my experience at Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana was A+. The room and public areas were cleaned impeccably and the food was great. What really made my stay was the level of service provided by the staff. Not only did they greet me in the hallways with smiles but anytime I needed anything, they went out of their way to assist quickly. The Front Desk and Concierge staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and provided a level of service that made me feel like a VIP. Felipe, the Front Desk Manager also went above and beyond and provided such stellar and personalized service that I truly felt like part of the Hilton Rio family. I travel to Brazil often and have stayed at several different hotels each stay, but because my experience at the Hilton Rio was superb, it will be my go-to hotel everytime I'm in Rio! 10's across the board!”
