“The TV was outdated, kept having issues with the volume on the TV and remote. You have to unplug it over and over again just to adjust volume. The room was dark, felt dingy. The carpet was stained, would ask for housekeeping and never got it. The water pressure in the shower was really bad as well. The walls were not soundproofed and could constantly hear people in the hallway and next room over. The bed was way too soft and sinking. The key card reader on my door was not working but the great engineer Shawn helped me out greatly with the TV and my key card issue! The food was over priced, not very good, and you have very few options. Overall, I can't recommend this place and would encourage you to take your money elsewhere. I've stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this is the worst I've ever stayed at.”

“It has a fantastic location if you are going for Great America or Levi Stadium. The rooms were decent, cleaner than the place that leaves the light on. The hot tub was out of commission which was a damper. But overall a good quality stay.”
