“This place is absolutely beautiful. The customer service was excellent. The young man at the front desk was accommodating and informative. The decor is chic and contemporary. The beds weren't as comfortable as I expected, since everything else was great, but overall it was a great experience. I will definately be back.”

“Hotel was clean and room was spacious. However, my husband slipped in the shower due to their being no non-skid application on the floor of the tub and his knee went through the shower wall. Notified the staff and when they came to assess the damage to the wall, a manager rudely told us how expensive the repair was going to be. Could have been a more expensive situation for them had any serious injuries occurred other than a cut open knee. We’re were told all the other rooms has non skid on the tub floors but didn’t know why ours didn’t. We were never offered any kind of apology for a 300 dollar 2 night stay or a discount. That same morning we were carrying our toddler in tow and she was upset and we were trying to calm her down to get outside. Another lady at the counter thought it was appropriate to yell at my husband that he needed to keep his kid quiet and calm her down. Really? Like we weren’t trying to do just that. Poor customer service and rude staff.”
