As far as the room cleanliness and update this one far exceeded the other 3 we rented on our way south from North! I use Home 2 suites regularly because i travel with dogs! However… the staff!!! so rude! the coffee pot was broken , went to front to get a cup at 7:30 am, it was ice cold, told the girl and asked if it was from last night, she said it was hot, so i stuck my finger in it and said if it was hot i would not be able to do this, so she goes to back and brings out a brand new pot that was hot! Now breakfast? no eggs, nothing! was told the breakfast person did not come in? So how about a discount then? This home 2 was 75 more than the other 3 we stayed at!!! and the sausage pucks they put out were good enough to give the dogs but that’s it! some serious customer service issues here!!!

Our stay was a great experience! Since we walked In to check in the girl at the front Desk was very nice . The room was super clean and since I have little ones the kitchen accessories were definitely a plus! In the morning the girl who was in the back making sure all the complimentary food/breakfast was out for everyone when it was a rush with all the people never complained simply helped With whatever was needed along with front desk Angie ! They both work great together! Thank you for a great experience, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone !

We had a great stay at this Home2 suites location. It was super convenient being right off the highway. The hotel was extremely clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, and the staff provided great service! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was much more than we expected, offering breakfast sandwiches bagels eggs sausage. Angie was the front desk representative that help us out and she was fantastic. She definitely sets the example for the rest of the staff who were all really great.

Staff was nice, overall appearance was nice. Up to date decor, nice seating areas inside and out. Rooms look nice, no carpet and pet friendly. Beds are a bit on the stiff side but not a deal breaker. My only issue was the “REAL” cleanliness of my room. Which was on the 1st floor and the week of Nov 13th - 19th. The beds were full of dirt & crumbs, which leads me to believe the sheets were never changed. Not one, but both beds. The shower was full of hairs along with the sink area & The body wash dispenser was completely empty. It’s as though it was never inspected and the beds were just made right after the last stay. It was hard to sleep in peace with the thought of sleeping on dirty sheets. We ended up buying our own and using them, with new pillow cases. The breakfast is worth putting something in your stomach, but nothing to rave about. It was Nice to have as an option & I never expect a 5 star breakfast with complimentary at a hotel. If my room was actually clean, this would’ve gotten 4 stars, instead besides how up to date it was and nice looking, it gets 2 stars from me.

What a hidden gem! So happy we found this hotel last minute. This hotel and staff were truly amazing. Not 1 bad thing to say - we are just sad that we didn’t stay longer. Super comfortable rooms with good A/C super close to the airport with a free 3 minute shuttle. A bunch of free perks for being hilton honors. Really can’t beat it we loved this hotel.
