We stayed for 10 days. Despite telling us Housekeeping came every 4 days, they showed up once, after we had to reserve time twice. When they finally came, they didn't even bring fresh sheets, they just made the bed with we'd been sleeping in. We got fresh towels delivered once.

Sou um membro do Hilton há muito tempo e já fiquei em muitas marcas diferentes do Hilton. Tem sido minha primeira escolha quando viajo a negócios ou lazer. Ao viajar com a família, as Homewood Suites geralmente são ótimas por causa do arranjo das suítes. Este hotel foi apenas ok. O quarto era bom, exceto a atenção aos detalhes; havia apenas 2 toalhas e 2 panos e sem roupa de cama para a bicama. Eles forneceram mais quando solicitados, mas já deveriam estar lá. Entendo que a pandemia limitou alguns itens, mas o café da manhã foi provavelmente o pior que já vi em um Hilton. Quase nada lá e ninguém atende para atendê-lo. Mas o pior foi que a fechadura da porta da piscina não estava funcionando e qualquer um podia abrir a porta. Eu estava preocupado que as crianças pudessem entrar sem supervisão e disse à recepção. No dia seguinte ainda não foi consertado.

Cuando se viaja con la familia, las Homewood Suites suelen ser excelentes debido a la disposición de las suites. Este hotel estaba bien. La habitación estaba bien excepto la atención al detalle; solo había 2 toallas y 2 paños y no había ropa de cama para la cama plegable. Proporcionaron más cuando se les solicitó, pero ya deberían haber estado allí. Entiendo que la pandemia limitó algunos artículos, pero el desayuno fue probablemente el peor que he visto en un Hilton. No hay casi nada y nadie atiende para atenderlo. Pero lo peor fue que la cerradura de la puerta de la piscina no funcionaba y cualquiera podía abrir la puerta. Great staff, breakfast area needs some TLC, food wise. Room was great, shower and towels very good. Pillows, average at best, bed good, firm. Ac, heat great. Workout room need some lovin.

I'm a long time Hilton member and have stayed at many different Hilton brand. It's been my first choice when traveling for business or pleasure. When traveling with family the Homewood Suites are usually great because of the suite arrangement. This hotel was just ok. The room was good except attention to detail; there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths and no bedding for the pullout bed. They did provide more when requested but they should have been there already. I understand the pandemic limited some items, but the breakfast was probably the worst I have every seen at a Hilton. Almost nothing there and nobody attend to attend to it. But the worst thing was that the pool door lock was not working and anyone could open the door. I was concerned that kids could get in unsupervised and told the front desk. The next day it still wasn't fixed.

A very nice hotel. Clean, good amenities, and decent value. Nice big indoor heated pool. Pet friendly. Friendly staff and maintenance team. We would definitely recommend staying here. 👍

A desculpa mais patética para o café da manhã que eu já vi em um Hilton. Continuei esquecendo que estava em um Hilton, exceto quando vi meu cartão-chave. Todos os meus talheres eram uma ridícula faca de pão serrilhada. Duas latas de lixo de 2 galões que dizem "reciclar" e pronto. Adicione a isso o forro do saco mal enche metade da lata... bruto. A mulher na recepção é incrível, eu gostaria de lembrar o nome dela, ela foi tão gentil em lembrar o meu. Espero que um hotel melhor o contrate porque você é fabuloso. Os caras da recepção, acreditem se eu tivesse um elogio eu daria. Eu não.

Reservei este hotel para uma estadia de longa duração devido a um incêndio em minha casa.Primeiro quarto... uma bagunça. A capa do colchão em uma das camas tinha manchas horríveis e o que eu realmente rezo era ketchup. Ligamos para a recepção e não havia ninguém para subir e trocar os lençóis, então tivemos que fazer isso. Ao mover o colchão para trocar os lençóis, havia um monte de lixo na cabeceira da cama.Na manhã seguinte, vimos comida no lixo e, quando o ligamos para limpá-lo, o cheiro quase me fez vomitar. Chamado a recepção, eles oferecem outro quarto no 3º andar. . . estávamos prestes a pegar o quarto e eles ligam e dizem que têm um quarto melhor no 1º andarNo 1º andar o quarto cheirava HORRÍVEL e as almofadas estavam manchadas (ver foto). Dissemos a eles que pegaríamos o quarto do 3º andar (nem 5 minutos depois) e o gerente (Derek) diz que não podemos ter esse quarto. Ele me diz que eles prometeram o quarto para outra pessoa, enquanto o gerente assistente me diz que era um quarto ocupado que eu entrei e inspecionei completamente.Saímos do quarto do 1º andar com todas as nossas coisas para sentar no saguão e esperar o gerente, porque não havia como eu ficar naquele quarto ... Ele vem (sem desculpas) e se ofereceu para trocar as almofadas. Recusei porque o quarto cheirava terrível. Ele então disse que iria procurar outro quarto e nunca mais volta.Farto... vou até a recepção para fazer o check-out porque já é o suficiente... o gerente vem ao balcão e ainda não diz uma palavra.Este lugar é uma representação tão ruim do Hilton. Posso dizer honestamente que nunca ficaria em outro Hilton.

Reservé este hotel para una estadía prolongada debido a un incendio en mi casa.Primera habitación... un desastre. La cubierta del colchón en una de las camas tenía manchas horribles y lo que realmente rezo fue la salsa de tomate. Llamamos a la recepción y no había nadie para venir a cambiar las sábanas, así que tuvimos que hacerlo. Mientras movía el colchón para cambiar las sábanas, había un montón de basura en la cabecera de la cama.A la mañana siguiente vemos comida en el triturador de basura y cuando lo encendimos para limpiarlo, el olor casi me hizo vomitar. Llamé a la recepción, ofrecen otra habitación en el 3er piso... estábamos a punto de tomar la habitación y llaman y dicen que tienen una habitación mejor en el 1er pisoEn el 1er piso la habitación olía HORRIBLE y los cojines estaban manchados (ver foto). Les dijimos que tomaríamos la habitación del tercer piso (ni siquiera 5 minutos después) y el gerente (Derek) dice que no podemos tener esa habitación. Me dice que le prometieron la habitación a otra persona, mientras que el asistente del gerente me dice que era una habitación ocupada a la que entré y la inspeccioné por completo.Salimos de la habitación del primer piso con todas nuestras cosas para sentarnos en el vestíbulo y esperar al gerente, porque de ninguna manera me iba a quedar en esa habitación... Viene (sin disculpas) y se ofrece a cambiar los cojines. Rechacé porque la habitación olía fatal. Luego dijo que buscaría otra habitación y nunca regresa.Harto... Voy a la recepción para pagar porque ya es suficiente en este punto... el gerente llega al mostrador y todavía no dice una palabra.Este lugar es una mala representación de Hilton. Honestamente puedo decir que NUNCA me hospedaría en otro Hilton.

The most pathetic excuse for breakfast I have ever seen at a Hilton. I kept forgetting I was even at a Hilton except when I saw my key card. The whole of my cutlery was one ridiculous serrated bread knife. Two 2 gallon trash cans that say "recycle" and thats it. Add to that the bag liner barely fills half the can...gross. The woman at the front desk is amazing, I wish I remembered her name, she was so kind to remember mine. I hope a better hotel hires you away because you're fabulous. The guys at the front desk, believe me if I had a compliment I'd give it. I do not.

Booked this hotel for a long term stay due to a fire in my home. First room... a mess. Mattress cover on one of the beds had horrible stains and what I truly pray was ketchup. We called the front desk and there was no one to come up and change the sheets so we had to do it. While moving the mattress to change the sheets, there was a bunch of trash at the head of the bed. The next morning we see food in the garbage disposal and when we turned it on to clear it, the smell nearly made me vomit. Called the front desk, they offer another room on the 3rd floor... we were about to take the room and they call and say they have a better room on the 1st floor On the 1st floor the room smelled HORRIBLE and the cushions were stained (see picture). We told them we'd take the 3rd floor room (not even 5 minutes later) and the manager (Derek) says we can't have that room. He tells me they promised the room to someone else while the assistant manager tells me it was an occupied room that I walked into and fully inspected. We leave the 1st floor room with all our stuff to sit in the lobby and wait for the manager, because there was no way I was staying in that room... He comes (no apologies) and offered to change the cushions. I declined because the room smelled terrible. He then said he'd look for another room and never returns. Fed up... I go to the front desk to check out because enough is enough at this point... the manager comes to the counter and still never says a word. This place is such a bad representation of Hilton. I can honestly say I'd NEVER stay at another Hilton.

La temperatura de la habitación no se podía regular, por lo que hacía calor o estaba helada. El triturador de basura no funcionaba y algunos de los enchufes eléctricos no funcionaban. Mejoré mi habitación. Pagué cientos de dólares y recibí exactamente la misma habitación que otros con los que viajaba. Te dan una conferencia si solicitas el servicio de limpieza después de 2 noches si te quedas diciendo que tienes que estar allí 4 noches para obtener el servicio de limpieza. Los baños no estaban nada limpios. ¡Simplemente repugnante!

The temperature in the room could not be regulated so it was either hot or freezing. The garbage disposal did not work and some of the electrical outlets didn't work. I upgraded my room. I paid hundreds of dollars and received the same exact room as others I was traveling with. They give you a lecture if you request for maid service after 2 nights if stay saying you have to be there 4 nights in order to get maid service. The toilets were not clean at all.Just disgusting!

Pessoal bom. Localização para o aeroporto bom. A configuração do prédio é estranha - foi uma longa caminhada da entrada para o meu quarto. Quarto sempre frio, mesmo com calor em 76. O quarto era espaçoso e cama confortável.

A equipe foi muito útil, trabalhadora e amigável. Quarto era limpo, piscina era bom e pequeno-almoço quente incluído. Uma das esteiras não estava funcionando, então um membro da equipe resolveu o problema imediatamente. O único problema que tive foi as paredes são finas como papel e você pode ouvir tudo! Tenho o sono leve e cometi o erro de dormir no primeiro andar. Podíamos ouvir o que parecia ser uma máquina de lavar louça passando por cima de nós e pessoas correndo constantemente pelos corredores. Tão alto que fui acordado duas vezes por isso até colocar meus fones de ouvido.

Staff nice.Location to airport good.Building setup is odd-was a LONG walk from entrance to my room.Room always cold, even with heat at 76.The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Staff was very helpful, hard working and friendly. Room was clean, pool was nice and hot breakfast included. One of the tread mills wasn’t working so a staff member fixed the problem right away. The only issue I had was the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! I am a light sleeper and made the mistake of sleeping on the first floor. We could hear what sounded like a dishwasher running above us and people constantly running down the halls. So loud and I was woken up twice by this until I put my ear buds in.

Precisava de um lugar para ficar bem no último minuto, porque decidimos ficar lá no último dia do Musikfest em vez de dirigir para casa depois do nosso show e alguns drinks naquela noite. Descobriu que havia disponibilidade aqui e usei o aplicativo Hilton para proteger o quarto.O site mostrou fotos de uma banheira de hidromassagem e eu liguei para confirmar porque tivemos alguns problemas recentemente com banheiras de hidromassagem em hotéis e eles me disseram por telefone que não tinham banheira de hidromassagem. Nós usamos a piscina coberta e foi bom, mas sempre preferimos um estabelecimento com uma banheira de hidromassagem.Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto em si era bom. Tinha uma pequena quitinete estilo galley, área comum com um sofá e cadeira, e o quarto e banheiro localizados fora disso. A cama era uma cama king-size e era confortável. O banheiro era pequeno, mas funcionou muito bem, a pressão da água era boa. Usávamos a cozinha para esquentar uma refeição que tínhamos feito em casa e para fazer alguns drinks, então estava bom.O preço era um pouco alto, mas acho que foi por causa da reserva no último minuto. Ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Needed a place to stay pretty last minute because we decided to stay down there for the last day of Musikfest rather than drive home after our concert and some drinks that night.Found that there was availability here and used the Hilton App to secure the room.The website showed photos of a hot tub and I called to confirm because we had some issues recently with hot tubs at hotels and they told me on the phone they did not have a hot tub.We did use the indoor pool still and it was nice, but we always prefer a property with a hot tub.The desk employees were nice and helpful.The room itself was good.Had a small galley style kitchenette, common area with a couch and chair, and the bedroom and bathroom located off of that.The bed was a king size and was comfortable.Bathroom was small but worked just fine, water pressure was good.We used the kitchen to heat up a meal we had made at home and to make some drinks so that was good.Price was a bit high but I'd guess that was from booking this last minute.We would stay here again.
