“Stayed here before and it was great, staff was wonderful. Showed up today asked for a room, they had several, said I was using CLC and was told they cannot take it despite it showing available on the app and me using it here before. Lady behind the counter didn't seem to know what to do. I am on the road 4 days a week and stay almost exclusively at Hilton branded hotels. Not what I expect from the Hilton brand.”

“Pool is closed. Breakfast is basic & the air conditioner didn't get cold enough even at the lowest temperature. Our room had no utensils. And we weren't informed about the free wine/beer. Nice room & staff.”
